I’m going to start by saying i come from a family of farmers who use to raise cattle, they did so for the years when there were many mouths to feed, but my uncle, the man who had to go out and separate the ones for saluter, said they would cry for days and could see how depressed they were and could no longer live being the man to do it.
This family looks like a beautiful bunch. And obviously Canadian family owned dairy farms would be run differently then industrial milk and meat factories..
This video showed more shots of the mountains then the cows.. which if your proud of what you do and how you do it let’s see it.
I don’t want dairy farms to go out of practice, but it is at its core an extremely cruel practice...
I love milk, the demand will never change, but who we get from, how they got it, and how much consume is important. Most don’t want to see how these mothers and babies are processed, but then absorb the abuse by paying for it to happen..
BC government, I want you to show our standard animal and human welfare. Because doing this job changes the men who do it..

yes dairy farming in Canada is a very good business because they have a quota that sets the price of milk, however, the quota is very expensive

The waste from just 200 dairy cows produces as much nitrogen as the sewage
from a community of up to 10,000 people. This waste, if not treated
properly, can contaminate local drinking supplies and the soil.
