I really like this! Wonder how it would look if you made all white globes and put colored lights in and decorated a whole Christmas tree with them?
+Stephanie Sparkenbaugh That is a FANTASTIC idea Stephanie. :) I think all white globes would be BEAUTIFUL. The colored lights would be so cool against the white and give it a subtle color glow. You can certainly do it with the plug in LED lights too. I think LED Christmas lights are the BEST invention EVER. Let me know how you like the white globes with colored lights if you make them. I would LOVE to know. I went to answer your question on CrispNation and couldn't find it. I was a little behind this week on my comments. hehe We live in TN. I have so many comments.. Love the craft. The tissue paper is great because it allows the light to shine through There is so many colors out there You could even use fall color napkins you can get at the dollar store. I love the Rafia idea because of my country decor. I was thinking of putting little doilies over the balloons or maybe sting or twine. it will all form the ball if used.Mod Podge is sstickier than regular Pper mache glue and water. Thinking of Christmas decor already now...dee

Maybe I should try it. hehe I usually get my tissue paper at the dollar store but they didn't have any orange so I had to get it at Walmart. I like the way the light shines through the tissue paper too. It looks so cool. I listened to Christmas music while making the globes. HAHA Christmas music always makes me smile. Hi Gwen. I can't say that I am done making videos... I think about it all the time and I ALWAYS have new ideas. But making videos takes so much time and with my twins keeping me so busy with Band and high school things... I just haven't had the time to dedicate to videos at the moment. I am sure that I will be back at it once things slow down. Crafts are my passion and I love sharing with everyone. I will be back to making videos in the future when things slow down.
