Cinderella III: A Twist in Time is the greatest movie of all time, not even joking. It is just the greatest movie. My favorite character has to be Cinderella III, she's very much Cinderella III, and that's awesome. When Cinderella III said, "It's twistin' time," then proceeded to twist all of the times, I felt that. 😔
Third movies or games are often considered to be the worst, but this one was able to break that cycle. 👊😀👍

I think that the order of cinderella movies is this: Cinderella 1950, Cinderella 2 episode 1( because it take place after the wedding), Cinderella 2 ep 2, Cinderella 3, Cinderella 2 ep 3.
I agree with that.
But Anastasia falling for the baker in the second movie clashes with Cinderella 3. If Anastasia was in love with the baker by the time the third movie came around, she would have no reason to follow Cinderella and the prince while singing that she wants love because she already had it. It just doesn't make any sense unless Cinderella 2 and the beginning events of Cinderella 3 were actually alternate timelines all along
Well like Issac said at the end of the vid both stories and endings are cannon but only if they exist as a Multiverse
Unless in the new timeline, the events of Cinderella 2 happen after a twist in time.
@@soaroverthemoonttv2707 I highly doubt that because at the end of the third film Tremaine and Drizella are turned to toads and then scullery maids and Anastasia turned against them and it would make no sense for all three of them to be living at the chateau and then for Cinderella to invite them to a Ball after everything they (at least Tremaine and Drizela) did with the wand.
In the credits we see paintings that tell us what happend after Cinderella 3 ends, one day Anastesia mets the Baker, he offers her a cupcake and they fall in love again, only now her mother can't interfear with their love

Cinderella III was a big part of my childhood. I remember the trailer and I got super excited. And when I finally came across the DVD being sold in my local supermarket. I begged my mum to get it for me. I had to wait a week, but I was beyond happy and loved the movie.
I think a fun video series could be doing videos on the timelines/lives of all the Disney princesses.
Also, Cinderella 3 a twist in time is very underrated.

Seriously Issac back when you did your videos on Anastasia and Drizela I always liked how you in your way explained the plot holes and inconsistencies with Cinderella 2 and 3 on how both films are really just their own separate timelines that depend on certain decisions characters make. It’s more than I can say for a few other Disney sequels (looking at you Simba’s Pride) I mean if both Marvel and DC comics can have a Multiverse and different timelines why can’t Disney?

Simba’s Pride just has so many plot holes and I honestly don’t think it was written very well.
For starters regarding the characters of Zira, Kovu, Vitani, Nuka and the rest of the outlander lions there’s literally NO explanation in the film for where they came from and why they’re so “loyal” to Scar considering how in the first movie Scar was shown to be a shitty ruler who let the pridelands become a wasteland and there’s even a scene where Zira says how in the Outlands they have “little food and less water” when wasn’t it like that when Scar was King? And it was even shown in the original film that even the hyenas were getting tired of Scar’s BS. Another thing considering Scar’s character in the OG movie is the scene between him and Sarabi where he outright says that he’s perfectly okay with letting everyone starve to death and I also find it very hard to believe that Scar would take in a random cub like Kovu to be his heir when he could’ve have had one biologically heck there’s even a deleted scene where he tries to seduce Nala to have offspring with him!!! Yes a lot of people have made the argument that Nuka and/or Vitani are Scar’s biological children and they just weren’t good enough but Nuka and Vitani NEVER refer to Scar as their father!!! There’s absolutely NO cannon explanation for Zira and the other outsiders even The Lion Guard didn’t really bother given a good explanation and the fact that it all depends on people’s headcannons and fanfiction has just gotten really annoying for me and normally I enjoy good headcannons.
I mean seriously people criticize the Star Wars Sequel Trilogy for “not having a well planned out story under different writers and directors” yet No one really seems to get on Simba’s Pride or a few of the other Disney sequels’ case for their lack being in sink with the original films under different people making them. Though like Issac and I have said at least Cinderella II and III can get away with the idea that they’re really separate timelines and universes. I’m also a lot more forgiving towards Morgana’s existence and role in The Little Mermaid II than I am towards Zira’s but that’s a rant for another day.
@@carolinedisalvatore9768 Hi, there seems to be some misunderstanding, I in no way intended to come off as defensive, that was just me genuinely wondering and wanting to see someone else's opinion on it... 😅😅😅
And now that you mention it, I see that it does have plenty of plot holes, even considering it all, I'll say looking at today's political climate it isn't really that hard to convince people that their dystopia is a utopia and the current utopia is a dystopia, but yeah story wise that's a big flaw. I'll say this however that for me and among many others, Simbas Pride still holds out well among the other pathetic 2D sequels Disney has made.
I don't know much on Star Wars, never entered the media even.
Personally for me the biggest plot hole in The Lion King, aside from the whole "herbivores leave so land barren" thing, is the literal existence of mega fauna life in the Outlands. The Lion Guard highlighted this more for me. The Outlands is so barren that the best food anyone can ask for is insects and small reptiles. It doesn't make sense that the Hyenas have been living off there for generations, at least Simba had an abundant access to bugs, outlanders hardly even have that. Heck, in one episode Cheezy and Chungu gorged on bones and didn't kill anyone, and it was important to the circle of life, yet they still ran out back to the outlands because Janja lives there! Now I can pass that cause they're follower-type rascals but dumb. But when Jasiri and her clan were given full access to live in the Pride lands forever with more than enough food to support her clan for generations, she says no, that she'll stick it out to Scar in the outlands, as a leader, while at the time it made somewhat strategic sense, if her clan heard it they'd be fuming, that they never needed to worry about food, shelter, water, again, but their leader refused for the sake of the plot.
TLDR: The Outlands are cool as an aesthetic, but really, it shouldn't be capable of holding large lifeforms long term.

How I think it would be:
The original Cinderella and _Dreams Come True_ are the original/legitimate timeline
On the other hand, _A Twist in Time_ is an alternate universe, where:
- the events of the original and Dreams Come True go on as the legitimate, but...the Anastasia segment of the latter does not take place, instead the third installment's events take its place
- This makes Cinderella 3 practically a foreshadow of Marvel's Multiverse

I’ve find this theory very intriguing that is seems possible. Good theory.
I never understood why they didn't just use the other stepsister. She could have had a happily ever after as well! All they had to do was erase Anastasia's memories, and they still could have gone about the story the same and had her reunite with the Baker at the end.
It always made me sad that Anastasia lost her happily ever after because it was erased. Yeah, Cinderella got her happily ever after, but what about Anastasia.
In the credits of 3 we do see she finds love in the baker again so I'm sure she still gets her true happy ending
Cinderella remembered the original timeliness in Cinderella III, as does Jaq and Gus, who try to convince the Prince with a wonderful song and dance. The reassembled pieces of the shattered slipper convinces him and he rides off to rescue Cinderella from being banished.
I think there is because of the book and that one is a bit different
I think that Cinderella would probably have a multiverse based on the fact that Lady Tremaine tried to alter that timeline & universe plus a lot of anime,manga, cartoons and fanfiction go with this kind of idea a lot of the time as well.
As a Zelda fan who's familiar with alternate timelines, this shouldn't be too hard for me to understand.

Part 3 was AMAZING--my only qualm was that it kind of played into haters' hands; Cinderella was no longer a passive character. Many people didn't like her until this, failing to see her positive qualities from part 1.

Disagree. Like Issac says in the video both Cinderella sequels are two completely different timelines that exist in a Disney multiverse. Which I feel a Multiverse for Disney characters makes sense considering issues with various sequels, shows and spin-offs.

Speaking of Cinderella, the second movie was just the second movie released out of 13 second movie installments of a franchise that released on the same year! Sometime last November, I found out that there are multiple second movie installments that came out in 2002, 20 years ago!
Blade 2, Cinderella 2, Men In Black 2, Harry Potter 2, The Santa Clause 2, Star Wars Episode 2, Spy Kids 2, The Lord of the Rings 2, Stuart Little 2, Black Mask 2, Tarzan & Jane, Hunchback of Notre Dame 2 and Peter Pan 2.
After that realization, I finally watched the first two Spy Kids movies and the first two Santa Clause movies just in time for The Santa Clauses. I actually went to see the third movie when it came out and didn't like it so I just skipped it and went straight to The Santa Clauses. I haven't watched The Black Mask movies or The Blade Trilogy or The Lord of the Rings Trilogy. I do have The Fellowship of the Ring on DVD. I personally have no interest in Tarzan & Jane, Cinderella 2 or Hunchback 2. Thank God for the third Cinderella movie. Have you seen either of these movies?

I can only speak for Cinderella 2, my favorite part of it is Anastasia with the baker. I loved the first and third more.
The other movie is Tarzan and Jane wich is good, yes but, that movie is a fragment of The Legend of Tarzan Disney series wich I like more because it does follow a timeline

I made a comment about these timelines in one of your previous videos and I still think it holds true
While Cindy no longer remembers trying on the slipper she and the prince chose to start again rather than being returned to their original lives…this ultimately means that most of Cinderella II can still happen again…I say most because only Anastasia will be present now
Cinderella can still go through learning to be royal Jaque can still learn to be himself and Anastasia will fall.in love with the baker…only now her mother is out of the picture
As I stated in my original comment Cindy could reach out to Anastasia and offer her a room at the palace rather than sending her to her home and Anastasia could now play a part in the story and possibly meet the baker at the banquet rather than having to wait
Changing time removed everyone’s memories except for Lady Tremaine her daughters and Fairy Godmother…the supporting evidence being Anastasia who still has morals…in the original movie she hated Cindy as much as her mother and sister but after the second movie all that changed…and I think in the third movie she is longing to have that happiness back again…again as I said prior Lady Tremaine would never stand for Anastasia’s defiance and unless she married the baker right after the ball she would have to return home and there is no way her mother would let her romance continue…reason I think it is fitting she is the one holding that shard that looks like a crown and is the focus…her sister could have been allowed to try the slipper first and while she was taken aback by her sister’s defiance Druze,la ultimately remained obedient and probably wouldn’t have backed down the way Anastasia did
Anyway those are my thoughts…I see the second movie becoming an unmade fourth movie with the only person having to go with what happens being the Godmother since she knows what happened and for the most part what will happen again more or less until time once again reaches 1 year after the wedding…things will be slightly different with Anastasia but I think that is a positive…the two can bond and strengthen their relationship while she pursues her own love story but this time without her mother…and I honestly think she and Cindy can still share that be yourself story from the second movie…the narrative will be different but her being genuinely nervous about the baker wanting to invite her still makes sense since she will either be staying at the palace or alone in her old home doing everything for herself
That’s what I think anyway…other than the slipper I believe the special memories from the second movie can still be made…they will just be a little different because of the time twist but I think can and will happen

This, when I watched the movie later in life it confused me. It could have been solved by simply using the other sister. It also would give the other sister a happily ever after as well. If they did want to use both sisters, they could have changed her memories as well. It would make sense because the evil stepmother didn't want her to marry the baker.
I will admit growing up, I'd never really enjoyed Cinderella II. Maybe because I didn't know it continued on the story, but with how you explained it, Isaac, I can agree that it does kind of work, And now that I can see it in a different light, I can appreciate the movie a little bit more. However, I will admit I do enjoy that Anastasia is redeemed. Even if, let's say, Cinderella two is not somehow following Cinderella III, let's say I still want the idea that she is saved. She still has a happily ever after, and she is forgiven. Even though I believe Tremaine and Drizella are forgiven, they are punished for what they did. Thanks for the explanation 🥰🤗
GREAT EXPLANATION AND NARRATION..I really like both sequels how they develop the character of Cinderella and thinking it, I think these are like alternative time lines or I don't know: the second for how develops Cinderella adapts to royalty, but without accepting that they change how she is, and doing everything in her own way, besides that the prince loves her for being the way she is; and the third, for how it makes Cinderella more brave and determined and seeks her happily ever after without help of magic, and what happened to her and the Prince was true love and they lived happily ever after in whatever timeline it was, also Anastasia developed well and she was able to redeem herself

Great video. I have seen all of the movies, but I remember the first one more vividly than the second and third ones. I love the original Cinderella, especially when the mice sing the "work song" and the ending is happy too. I also like when the Fairy Godmother appears out of nowhere to console her after the step-sisters were mean to Cinderella.
Do you think that some of the films like Moana, Inside Out, and other films will have sequels or more? Some of these films have left us hanging or thinking that there might be more in the future. I look forward to more of your videos!
The crazy thing about this is that Disney does operate on a Multiverse and has been shown to have different Realms and realities of existence at the ending of Cinderella 3 it always felt like it was a super-quantumfeals phenomenon that happened at in the ending credits they go through the events of Cinderella to but just done slightly differently the Cinderella from Cinderella 3 is the same Cinderella from Cinderella one that at the same time is not it's kind of like what happened with Barry Allen and the flashpoint from the comic books by going back in time and choosing things that were drastically different from what originally happened it unknowingly created two universes to separate timelines a timeline were Cinderella one happen and a timeline where Cinderella 3 happened both exist at the same time he had both Cinderella's are drastically different even the Cinderella from Sofia the First is also tied to that specific realm as Sophia comes from around called the Ever round and at the ending of Sofia the First vor says she plans to conquer the realm that is beyond the second star to the right aka the human world so Sofia's Realm by what she is implying is a realm that exists Beyond even Neverland and going back to the Golden Age of Disney there's even hints and innuendos implying that the Realms of Heaven and Hell also exist even Kingdom Hearts is its own realm as what happens in Kingdom Hearts is canon in a way to the Disney continuity in an interview nomura even said that the characters that appear in Kingdom Hearts from the different franchises are their own existence so Cinderella from Kingdom Hearts if not the same Cinderella from one two or three or even Sofia the First

I think this is more just branching timelines rather than a multiverse. While different outcomes can be made by key decisions (like in Marvel's "What If..?" series), I think it's best this just be two separate timelines. Especially since a lot of the results remain unchanged. The fates of the different characters don't really change among the different events.
But that's my thought. You still out quite an interesting twist to this concept.
Cinderella III is the Avengers Endgame of Cinderella. What’s not to love
The Fairy Godmother knowing about multiple timelines makes sense I mean in Kingdom Hearts she knows about Quadratum, something not any character knows and considers a “fictional” reality, but is even capable of sending Riku there. Easily one of the most powerful characters in Disney canon

I think there is a multiverse. Anastasia & others wouldn’t be the people they were when making that wish. Their timeline still exists within them. Meaning time & multiverse can & does co-exist. This is further backed up in my opinion that FairyGod Mother not minding not changing anything, means she knows that it’s alright. Also if different timelines didn’t or couldn’t exist than she wouldn’t have known about their former lives to begin with. She’s probably just a traditionalist but respects Cinderella’s choice because unlike the shoe, if it ain’t broken don’t fix it.
Plus while nerdy it could make something like Kingdom Hearts exist too in a version of her story
It would also explain why in Sofia The First Once Upon A Princess Cinderella singing to Princess Sofia how she regretted not making amends wher stepsisters the amulet brought the Cinderella from the former timeline .
It will tear the Multiverse apart.

Up to the part where the evil stepmother broke Cinderella's glass slipper is where the original timeline ends but as it is near the very end of the movie I don't think it changes much.

I believe there is a Cinderella multi-verse. Not just for the Disney animated movies, but for the others as well. That also means the Cinderella Story movies, as well as Cinderella inspired movies. Including the original that started it all. The one that came from ancient Egypt. Each Cinderella story comes from different timelines from different universes. Some may even be in the same universe as others.

Hi Issac 👋 have you heard of the Disney twisted series? They’re a what if book series, where the Disney Princess story gets altered and they have to find a new way to get to their happily ever after. (They remind me a lot of twist in time)
I think it would be fun to see videos of how the story of each character would be different based on one action or event.
I Think that this is the correct timeline because at the end of Cinderella 3 during the end credits there are a lot of paintings showing the fairy godmother, the King etc. And then there is a painting of Anastasia and the baker. Anastasia wears the same clothes of the first movie and the third movie. I Think that Anastasia wore her regular clothes and went out the castle for a walk and the baker found her and asked her to marry him. For me, the only reason why Anastasia is at Cinderella's home in the third episode of Cinderella 2( after Cinderella 3) is because she suffered too much to have made Cinderella suffer once again that she returned to the Chateau but when she met the baker she rebelled to her mother thanks to Cinderella.

Like Issac explains in the video both sequels are separate timelines that hinge on whether or not Anastasia follows Cinderella and the Prince into the woods for their anniversary. She does manage to find love with the Baker regardless of which timeline.
I think that it could be like once upon a time where there are different realms and the same characters in different realms that have different story lines!!! So Mabie Cinderella 2 or any of them are in the wish realm talking place!!!

I think the first two movies are a separate timeline from the third movie, because they went back in time and changed what happened it created a new timeline.
My favorite scene in the first Cinderella movie is when the mice and the birds make the first dress
My second favorite scene is where the mice have to steal the key and take it up the stairs to Cinderella
The scene with the evil carriage in a twist in time deserves an honorable mention. That scene was terrifying when I was a kid but I loved that scene.

Also when fairy godmother says “oh nevermind.” She realizes Cinderella’s story will continue as it already had. From then on… with a little twist. But this time, with Anastasia as a closer friend/sister.

My only critism about the timeline is Anastasia’s relationship with the Baker after Cinderella 2 and before Cinderella 3.
My theory is that after the ball, Lady Tremaine threatened to throw Anastasia out for defying her orders. So Anastasia sadly stopped seeing the Baker until the end of Cinderella 3.
I have this theory. "Cinderella 3" is what they call an "imaginary" or "what if" story. All we are seeing in "Cinderella 3" never really happened, thus preserving the original timeline.
I suppose there are two different timelines. But I didn’t always think that. I think it’s like a tree where the core of the timeline is where Lady Tremaine and her daughters are. Then there is a timeline with the original Cinderella and then the new Cinderella who is my favorite of the two.
The concept I have for both worlds to play out is this: Lady Tremaine gets the baker and Anastasia to break up, which works, and the baker breaks up with Anastasia, causing her to go back to her old life.

in Cinderella 3 A twist in time is different than original and Stepmother had a Fairy Godmother's wand and reversed it to before Cinderella married to the prince and because Cinderella 3 is actually the first movie and because Stepmother wants Anastasia put glass slipper on her foot and married the prince before Cinderella could

My personal headcanon is that Fairy Godmother used her magic to give Cinderella -and pretty much everyone else involved- the memories of the original timeline. Like a copy and paste. She copied the memories of people in the original timeline and put them in the minds of the people in the new one.

Cinderella 3 truly was the best movie out of the whole trilogy and Anastasia have to go through a lot character grow to get her Redemption in the end she and Cinderella both got what they wanted a happily-ever-after

Well in the grand scheme of things, every world is part of a wider multiverse. So it's possible the prime universe is still Cinderella 1 and 2, with Cinderella 3 as just an alternate universe. That's not even getting into the other universes like the Twisted Tales version or the eventual Mirrorverse version of Cinderella. I know Disney would never do it but imagine if there was an Earth 3 version of Cinderella, where she's the villain instead of the hero. A lot of people would bankroll that idea, especially if her personality is a twisted version of her default, imagine Cinderella with the personality of Umbridge from Harry Potter.

Actually, still exist. But they didn’t want to change anything else. Since they’re happy for what happen. Then again, it’s only one timeline that gone through, with the past changed altogether. And, yeah, the original fairy tales is different from what Disney did, but I still love it that Anastasia found her actual happy ended the second time around and be able to lead a normal life for once. Also, get to still chat with Cinderella.
For me, these are two separate timelines....
Cinderella 1 is a common point for both movies...2 and 3...are two different timelines that started in 1...
2 timeline - Lady Tremaine still has money, ambitions, maybe she apologized to her stepdaughter and got an invitation to the ball, she doesn't treat her daughters like servants, but she still wants to gain influence somehow. Story with baker and so on.
3 timeline - Lady Tremaine has nothing left...and she takes her anger out on her daughters, they become servants, Cinderella hasn't invited them to any ball...a year has passed...Anastasia has found a wand...they have regressed to events 1 creating a kind of timeline 4...alternative version of 1....and finally this 4 timeline continues, the fairy godmother doesn't restore anything....Cinderella and Prince get married again, they don't get restored until their anniversary day.
And now I'm thinking about timeline 5, where Cinderella and the Prince, however, do not ignore the fairy's words and agree to bring them back to the day of the anniversary...
The pictures at the end of cinderella 3 tell the rest of the story. Anastasia DOES fall for the baker again. Anastaisa is also close to the king because she steps on his toes alot. The mice are spoiled.

There is the Cinderella Multiverse, the first happily ever after still exists, Lady Tremaine and her daughters from the first movie 🍿 who are in the third film 🎥 appeared to the time when Anastasia tries on the glass slipper 🥿, time travel 🧭 in the third film 🎥 was supposed and Fairy Godmother appeared in Cinderella III still in her original appearance.
