The fragmented narrative in Miyazaki Hidetaka's games allows people to have their own interpretations, share their perspectives, and understand each other's viewpoints. The author's intention is to foster mutual understanding and inclusivity, rather than promoting mutual attacks. In my opinion, Dark Souls is nothing more than the darkness within people's hearts, the negative emotions, which can be seen as their inner demons. The way to overcome inner demons is also quite simple, which is to adjust one's mindset when facing any difficulties. Everyone: “crying” dammit he’s something
Everyone Is right...
Gwyin Is nothing.
Just a reflection of what once was.
That art of Sif and Artorias hits you in the feels.
I don't know what more impressive. This rendition or the fact that she did it without a giant grey beard.
i cant even begin to explain the way this song makes me feel, finally getting to this boss and knowing the game was almost over, not wanting it to end, i just couldnt believe my ears, this was so beautiful
If I'll ever hear someone playing this in public, I would just found a place nearby, sit down, close my eyes and listen.
I would let my mind wonder back to when I first visited lordran. The hardship I faced, the people which helped me succeed and the beautiful and haunting places I explored...
all leading up to this song, the only ray of light in a world left in darkness.
It's such a wonderful piece. Calm yet powerful, melancholic yet hopeful... Dark souls 1 really is a masterpiece
The efforts of RuRu this time finally came to fruition, and many of them are foreign fans!
It seems that to prepare for the 100,000 subscription plan~~
RuRu is great!
Not pretentious, not out of tempo. This is the best cover I’ve seen
literally thought she was lip syncing on a piano that's how good this was
this song is so epic and at the same time so sad dark souls is amazing
You guys need to hear this played on cello if you haven't already. One of the most beautiful and enthralling things I've ever heard.
Link?
wow, you are able to put even more melancholy in this song.
The perfect theme for this pandemic.
i cant agree more with you
Kkk vdd mano
Triste...

So much talent, amazing ❤
The first time I heard it I couldn't even fight because I felt like I was missing something really important in the story
You would need to know that you aren’t fighting the god he used to be, that you’re just finishing off a decrepit old man who once had everything.
It was worse for me, I played it without the sound.
Some people play this song far too fast and don't leave the subtle pauses in-between some notes but you smashed it - thank you :)!
The melody corrupted my mind, and made me feel as if a hand was gripping my heart. Anguish and sorrow, melancholy. This was very beautiful. Thank you. I hope all who see this are doing well.
Beatiful, it brings tears to my eyes.
Love this theme, love the place where you battle Gwyn. The black Knights walking around the path, trying to protect their king. Gwyn alone, even hollow, showing full strength
Thanks for this awesome cover.
Listening to this song, you can see Gwyn's madness and despair, in trying to keep an inevitable fateful, sometimes it pities, sometimes we want to end the suffering right away.
One of the best ds covers I've ever seen.
It's soul crushing
Wow, this is incredible, it honestly sounds like it could pass as the official version, it's practically 1 for 1 accurate.
I was looking for good cover/midi, but most are bad quality, this is the best I found yet
It's crazy how dark Souls is 13 YEARS OLD 🥲
And I yet still have to complete it
@@Duczmaxtv it's so worth the adventure and effort. I tried playing it for years and just could never grasp the learning curve. I started again four months ago and went from the beginning to currently on new game +5. I think it's nearly a masterpiece. I've enjoyed every moment.
1:20 perfectly played
0:58 this part is the best imo, hits me with a wave of nostalgia.
Your playing has helped me fall asleep countless nights. Never stop pursuing your talent, you are exceptional!
Gwyn was not a king or a god he was just an old man afraid of losing everything he had
yeah, and he let his afraid of losing everything he has built to create a whole lot of mess.
@Boco Corwin wasn't a human to begin with
@Boco Corwin that's just the way it is if you read the lore you'll find out that gwyn is from race called lords and is worshiped as a god by the humans
@Boco Corwin yea
@Boco Corwin true
so much sorrow and beauty. thank u Lord Gwynn for keeping the fire, it is our turn now

It’s even worse when you know solaire risked his life to help you fight Gwyn
But all of these humanity spend to Save solaire was worth it
@ForkliftCertified If you keep him alive till the end of the game, he comes with you to fight gwyn in physical form rather than phantom
@@brolaire3350 Praise the Sun :")
@ForkliftCertified If he’s alive and you fight Gwyn with him, he links the fire in his world and finds his sun
@@brolaire3350 No, you summon him as a phantom and when he returns, he links the fire in his own world.
Just reading through the comment section is why I love the souls community.
Nostalgia at its finest
i love 1:25 to 1:50 so much. i get chills everytime i hear that part of the song
Great cover, this boss fight will always give me chills
Brava.
Bravissima.
Dark Souls, Nier:Automata, Shadow of the Colossus. That's all I need.

Rediscovering dark souls and was looking for this tune and found you playing it. This is why you're the best pianist on youtube. You be doing all the epic stuff.
Love the piano cover. This song should perform at Paycor Stadium at Cincinnati
