The charcoal soap was my favorite💕 Stay safe in the heat! Drink lots of water and use ice packs, if you have them, on your wrists, ankles, and/or back of your neck! Try not to move around too much, it helps to sit still. I live in Washington state where it usually stays in the 50-60F (10-15C) range, it got up to 116F (46.7C) while our AC was out too! It was miserable! Best of luck!
@@JayLynnASMR cold compresses work well too. A damp sheet over a fan helps as well, but I'm sure you're already aware of most of the ways to stay cool. Best of luck!!

I was waiting for an aggressive soap scratching for a long time and this one was fantastic. It's my favorite of all your asmr 😀 and you are the best in this 👍 Also talking about the heatwave, I too heard about it in the news and it was also said many people died due to heatwave. Does it occur each year or is it a unusual climatic change?
Thank you very much!! The weather in Canada this year is definitely abnormal. Forest fires across the country, and unprecedented temperatures. We definitely get hot weather here every year, but it’s abnormal to see 40 degree weather in August!
