Sorry but no. Artists should just upload their official recordings and that topic would be gone. You obviously watched this video which needs someone to record. I myself record under head height which don‘t obstructs the view of people behind me and I also don‘t like people that hold it super high but the problem are the artists not wanting to upload themselves and not the people wanting to have memories.
