Since you’re climbing into a 3rd floor’s window, you would atleast need a 6 meters ladder (if it’s 12 metres, that means you’re already on the 4th floor). I think the window they’re describing is actually a balcony. Since i’m an Indonesian and a lot of apartements usually have balcony.

For this stream it's kinda hard to determine whether its an offline "roleplay" or not tho. But it'll be funnier if it is imo.
