Aweaome review and flight I love fms RC vehicles and looks like they do very well in the planes I bet Nate a 3500 to 3700 would fit perfectly.
And that ball coupler ,I always use needle nose pliers and grab the connectors on the shaft section and twist it to roll off the connector from the ball joint. Saves the fingers 😅😅. Oh yeah I miss Abby my bash Queen ❤

FMS is cranking out some real nice planes. Not just the foam parts. But, the gear, servos and linkages all hold up well in my experience.
As far as the Reflex V2, I'm not sure I ever would've put my PA18 1.3m in the air without the auto leveling. It's not overly restricting like SAFE can sometimes be. It helps me with confidence while jerking my plane through tight quarter bush flying.
    My $0.02 worth, anyway 😊
Great video, Saylors. Thanks for sharing part of your day with us 👍

I just assembled the Eflite 2.1m Cessna 150T. Same deal with adjusting the links. They recommend the ball link pliers from Blade BLH100. I really don't like popping them off either. I'm always afraid I will break them. Keep up the great videos and content!

Nice one. I lack a place to fly that one. Ball link pliers is all I found. BVM jets did have clevis pliers but they are not available now. Back when I built my own planes I never used the trims but rather I would correct the plane with weight and engine alignment. What I found was that it would need different amounts of trim at different speeds which was not good. If I could keep all flaps level and get it flying straight then it was a really easy plane to fly. I would pull vertical on a still day to determine if I needed to change the engine angle. I guess that is not possible with ducted fans. The best flying plane I ever had was a stick design. It was fast and aerobatic but landed slower than any trainers at the field. It also glided further than any others if it was out of fuel.

As far as ball links, depending upon the size, I use the AE RTR shock tool to pop them off.
If I had better eyesight, I would join the aviation crowd. So I have to keep with the cars

The Viper Aircraft ViperJet is a really interesting jet, in that it is one of the few GA aviation kit jets that are available today. Yes, you can build your own full scale Viper for "only" ~$600,000 USD, with a build time in excess of 3,000 hours. VIper Aircraft have sold 21 kits, with 7 being completed and registered as airworthy. The name is also somewhat confusing, since the latest version of he F-16 Fighting Falcon is also called the "Viper".

You can. Someone else got a 5000 in there but you will have to slide it a lot farther back than he had it. In fact every UA-cam video I watched on this plane has the battery farther back in general. My CG has it a couple of inches to the back.

actually this is the problem with FMS the install sheet metal type of screws, if you undo them they will not going back correctly because the plastic is coming with the screw, and is not a reliable install, I change mine with 3mm nut and bolt and done. the link pliers from heli may not work that great because our ball links are steel, the fms are plastic.
