INGREDIENTS:-
FOR POTATO 🥔 MIXTURE:-
2 Potatoes 🥔
water for washing
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
½ tsp Salt
½ tsp Black Pepper Powder
1 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
1 tsp ginger - garlic 🧄 paste
2 tbsp corn flour
2 tbsp maida
Fresh Coriander leaves
OIL FOR FRYING
Curd Mixture:-
50 grams curd
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
¼ tsp Black Pepper Powder
¼ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp Salt
1 tsp corn flour
POTATO 65 Tadka :-
2 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp garlic 🧄
2 Dry Red Chilli
12-15 Curry Leaves
2 green chilli
1 medium sized finely chopped onion 🧅
Curd Mixture
Fried Potatoes
Fresh Coriander leaves
GARNISH WITH FRESH CORIANDER LEAVES
