Getting dropped by Columbia and going to shady/aftermath was the best thing for his music career. Incredible how things can good from bad to good so quick. Everyone should have faith and continue grinding
Bruno mars continues to inspire so many asians, latino, (brown or whatever nationality you are)it doesn’t matter what you look like, how tall or short you are, if you’re talented and you work hard, make amazing music only, you can succeed.
I dont think it's JUST talent though there's so many examples of incredibly talented artists better then a lot of mainstream that never blow up, luck has a HUGE part to play in actually getting that success
This really speaks to me. I'm not a professional musician, but I have to leave my job soon because my boss, who's training me (I'm a pharmacy tech in training), wasn't able to handle running a business and teaching me how to be a tech. It hurt me a lot, and I thought I wasn't special, but it's just one of those things in life. You can't stay in the same place your whole life, you can't navigate your way to the top if you don't take those opportunities now. Hope this helps
Diddy was always a weird, crazy and nervous person. But Clive Davis had faith in him and took a chance investing in Bad Boy. Back then labels would invest in a talent with faith and trust, which is extremely rare now.
About Kanye, Jensen Karp wrote a book called "Kanye West owes me 300" and there's a part where he tells that Kanye played an early version of Jesus Walks to a room full of producers and A&R's just like he did in his Netflix documentary. At first, people gave him a positive feedback, but when he leaves the room they were laughing at him and mocked Kanye's voice. One of them even said to never let Kanye peform like that again. Little did this people know that Jesus Walks would win a Grammy for best rap song.
If you’re watching this and you’ve been fired, someone doesn’t believe in you, or things just aren’t going your way, maybe you can learn a thing or two from the people on this list
Ive always thought 50 was mid to be honest. He just has a story, and everyone knew he was really in the streets so he has that level of authenticity. Just my opinion but i never really got the hype.
….. What? This is not a video about politics or Alex Jones. Kanye West is a successful artist, and he doesn’t need to prove anything to anyone. Regardless of how you personally feel, he’s already reached his career heights. I haven’t been interested in him in a very long time because of his antics, but we need to be a little bit more objective when discussing media.
@@suoutubez19 objective? The man LITERALLY said he loves Hitler. And he hates Jewish people. I don’t know how you’re defending him. It’s not political when he’s idealizing a man who arranged for some of the most inhuman atrocities committed in modern history.
People dont wver talk about this but i was there. Jay was shot.over BMF dope. He had 50 Cent under contract. Contract brcame invalid in 2002 when Jay died and Fif blew up.
Bro made a whole video about how Lil Nas X is controversial for making fun of religion but his very next video he barely addresses Kanye being a Nazi for 3 whole seconds☠️
dude there’s a million videos on that and that wasn’t the objective of this video. everyone knows that. my lil nas video was questioning the state of his career following his latest controversy. thought it was obv
50 really said the label situation was worse than getting shot😭
That’s real

I've always really liked 50 cent 😂 he too real
Yeah 9 times too bruh
I'm not impressed - let me doy 50 laugh
Ha, damn, homie🎉😂❤❤❤❤❤
I remember when College Drop out came out and how huge it was. I wasnt even into rap and I listened to it.
I learned from Diddy to abuse my underlings and sell them to my rich, powerful friends. Never made more money. Thank you, Diddy.
I laughed at this harder than I should have done 😅😂 oh well I hope that hell is fun when I go there 🤣
I can't even imagine how the people feel that doubted Kanye
Chester is the definition of a real one
❤ rip Chester will always miss him
Jam Master Jay Finally gets some credit they usually skip that part of Fifty's story
Kanye’s story manages to touch my heart as a producer every time man…

I heard Clive had "faith" in him because he was sucking his 🍆 for favors
He had to suck cocks to get that position….. he never earned it with talent
i heard he gave some sucky sucky got out
Bet they regret it now lol
@@umairashraf5167Well maybe Diddy was a bad example haha. But faith and trust in the right person can change your life for the best.

Ye is still one of the best NSBM bands out there like Adolphkult, Burzum and Infernal SS!
Praising Diddy is crazy.
Not praising just a cool story, same w ye
I’m so glad Linkin Park survived through thick and thin to bless our ears and hearts 🥹 miss you Chester
It tales more than determination to make it in the industry
Great video
Generational talent or insanity with rhythm
I feel like the label wanted him to pass that day and tried to blame it on the song
wake me up when Matty makes a bad video
Clipse also got dropped from their original label and had their debut album shelved
9:25 I remember Bruno had his first debut with B.O.B he definitely came back with a vengeance
I like your videos 😅
I got this and and a video about Kanye's Good Music in the same recommended 😭
Love your videos you should start doing metal more I like it a lot
13:48 Kelly did not want to be there lol
10:12 When I first heard Linkin Park I was in college living in a Chicago neighborhood called LINCOLN PARK, no bs!!
College dropout is my fave album ! I love thru the wire ♥️

Update:kanye proved the labels wrong
Yea bipolar bigot boy really showed them losing all his wealth
He tried to commit su!c!d3? And right after he blew up? Is anyone noticing how they all had something tragic happen right before their HUGE ALBUM?
Diddy…..

6:49 I certainly hope he doesn’t prove the record labels wrong anymore. Just watch his interview with Alex Jones. If you know, then you know.

I will be on part 2 of this video🫡
Why would you choose to end with Diddy…….
Imagine getting shot in the face and surging just for your label to drop you cuz you got shot 🤦🏾♂️
Dope
You should make longer videos of your older content
11:06 Imagine someone said that to Adam Levine and he said "you know what you're right!" And then made Moves like Jagger 😂
A video on the top albums in music that was never released?
Ye is one of the greatest of all time
These Record Lebels are users
Bro u really left out craig mack smh he started bad boy with ya diddy
Diddy is a gatekeeper.

No one is saying 50 is one of the best rappers 💀
I remember auditioning for a indie label once and they canceled on me at the last minute. I gave up music afterwards and now I just do nothing.
Tbh linking park can't survive without Chester god rest his soul the company was right the rapping wouldn't really be missed
