From the mughal period In india west bengal and in Bangladesh we are putting aloo in biryani. Mutton or chicken or beef biryani with aloo is a must. Kolkata biryani is one of the famous biryanis in india and the place where we put soft flavourful aloo in our biryani. A lot of love from India. We are divided by nation but united by food.
