- Atal Pedestrian Bridge is a pedestrian truss bridge at Sabarmati Riverfront on Sabarmati river in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. It has a design inspired by kites. Inaugurated in 2022, it is 300 metres (980 ft) long and 10 metres (33 ft) to 14 metres (46 ft) wide.

I first heard in 2005 or something.. an ad by then delhi govt in newspaper stating that we will clean yamuna before commonwealth games in 2010. Its 2022, its all the same.

Sabarmati river was more like sewage river before. In summer it was a stinking gutter. What an unbelievable look. Even Paris riverfront will have hard time competing! Hope Kejriwal gets some inspiration for Yamuna when he is sober from those free drinks.
