Pierce Brothers Westwood Village Memorial Park Cemetery

There was a time during my late teenage years and early 20's that I watched old Hollywood films daily. Rebel Without a Cause was a frequently chosen movie & my wallpaper in my bathroom was Marilyn Monroe.
Being able to visit the Westwood Village Cemetery and see the final resting place of so many was a beautiful experience.
It was an interesting dynamic being a tourist while so many people were there visiting their loved ones. It didn't feel sad, though. There was a sense of peace - like they were just going to visit a loved one for coffee.
It had that old Hollywood feel to it, too. The headstones were some of the most brilliant 'final words' I had ever seen at a cemetery. Highly recommend checking this location out if you ever have the opportunity.
