1. Deku rescues Ochako when he could've easily left her alone.
2. Ochako is the one to rescue Deku when anyone else could've stopped his fall.
3. Ochako was willing to jeopardize her chance to get into U.A. to give him a chance.
4. Izuku doesn't mind her calling him Deku, because she thinks it's cute.

well in the dub she said the name "deku" is cute and could make a great hero name, but iirc in the sub she says it sounds like the japanese word for "i can do it"

Matt DGuia Yeah, but there are many people who say that it will not be canon. And then they come up with negative theories about both of them, more about Uraraka, because they think it is irritating and annoying for Midoriya, or because the fugoshis believe that they stand in the way of their Yaoi ships. Although Ochaco is truly incredible, he does not have much strength, he is not VERY skilled. But as the anime episodes go by, it will surely develop much more, even if the whole class.
