linda1986r are you using Wilton brand? Use lots of vegetable shortening. Unfortunately some candy melts just don’t smooth out on their own. Wilton is one of them.

Cristina Araujo I make them a few days in advance. Just keep them sealed. The Oreos stay fresh since they’re covered with chocolate. Even after parties, my leftovers taste good well over a week!
Erica Roby once it comes all the way back to room temp it should stop precipitating. If not, they were in freezer too long. Try just a few minutes. It’s happened to me as well. Hope this helps!

Quisha Sherles seal them. Tupperware or glass baking pans that come with lid. Don’t refrigerate. They’ll sweat
How did you get them to not sweat when popping in the freezer for five minutes?
