Amazing!! i have been teaching Zumba since 2007 (and a bunch of other fitness classes) and just started teaching Strong. Where did you get the music for this warm up? i am on the instructor network but cannot find a warm up for these songs or find the music. Did you make it up or is it a STRONG original? i can only find the quad 1,2,3,4 for #13....( I especially like the song and warmup for Look at Me. Thank you for Sharing.
