World Vogelpark Walsrode

In this video I show you the Weltvogelpark in Walsrode near Soltau in this long version as far as I can.
Touch, immerse and be right in the middle. The largest bird park in the world is located in the Lüneburg Heath, in the triangle between Hanover, Bremen and Hamburg. Over 4000 birds from 675 species await visitors. The 3,000 square meter free flight hall, the "Welli Paradise" or the paradise hall with free-flying lorises ensure that visitors are right in the middle of the action. The 24-hectare garden landscape with lovingly designed beds, ponds and exotic plants introduce guests to another world.
Experience direct contact with tropical waterfowl such as glossy ibis, roseate spoonbill, hammerhead, kori bustard and Montezuma's crowbill. When feeding with mealworms, you can meet the birds up close. Inca terns and avocets feel at home on the beach with waves.
Weltvogelpark Walsrode was the first zoo in the world to breed a member of the toucan family. The pied toucan was bred for the first time in 1965. The gray toko and the silver-cheeked hornbill were also raised in Walsrode for the first time. Today, they are among the two most commonly kept hornbill species in zoos. Almost everything that is currently known about the breeding biology of the Kammtalegalla has been researched and recorded on Talegallas kept in the pheasantry at Weltvogelpark. Almost nothing is known about their way of life in nature. The Weltvogelpark Walsrode Foundation supports species conservation programs in many countries of origin of the birds worldwide and makes a sustainable contribution to species protection. Species protection projects are not only supported in Germany, but also in Belgium, Bolivia, Brazil, Bulgaria, Chile, Denmark, Great Britain, Indonesia, Cambodia, Madagascar, New Caledonia, Mexico, Peru and Pakistan.
The adventure playground with climbing towers, cable cars and slides as well as a new water playground invite the little ones to romp around. And when you get hungry, two stylish restaurants with terraces and several snack bars offer a wide range of food and drinks for every taste.

Wir fahren da morgen hin und ich freue mich schon total drauf. "Bänke" und "schattige Plätzchen" klingen super. Hoffe dass ich den Besuch morgen chillig genießen kann. Am meisten freue ich mich auf die Loris. Ich möchte die auch füttern. =)
P.S.: Entengrütze passt doch super zu einem Vogelpark. =D
