It's nice to see Duncan again, he's the heart of the diner. He's cares about you and your well being. Everyone has a long day but sometimes everyone needs a well deserved rest. When he says "you do your best, when you feel your best". Has meaning to it.
When I hear the name Duncan, most of the time I think of a grumpy, hot-headed, unfriendly, yellow 0-4-0 narrow gauge steam locomotive that complains about being overworked all the time. This Duncan is basically the exact opposite of that Duncan in pretty much every single way.
Oh boy that takes me back, I had a collection of the little Thomas the Tank Engine toys when I was a child. I originally made up my Duncan when I was around six but I don't think I named him after the engine, I was just going for an alliterative character name (Duncan Dragon) in the style of Porky Pig or Mickey Mouse, but he was always meant to be a friendly supportive character, more like Edward.
More like a folksong. I wanted Duncan to have something he could be humming in the background and to give a hint to all these characters inhabiting the same world.

After a long exhausting night this is a wonderful place to be. Thank you.
You're welcome! and thank you!
I'm so happy he's back! We could all use a friend like him
For sure! Glad you enjoyed.
He really is a handsome and charming dragon ✨
Thank you!
This is different to the kind of ASMR I'm used to watch, but it is just as effective... New subgenre discovered.
Eyyy Mango, been a while. Glad you enjoyed. Yeah these kind of soft-spoken character roleplays are something I'd been wanting to try for a while.
As a gluten free person I really appreciate the educational side of this!
Thanks, I wasn't thinking of it as educational but I know how hard it can be trying to navigate allergies and stuff.
I want some tea and cake now...
I love this 😭
Thanks, glad you enjoyed.
Yessssss!
and no lawnmowers :D
Gosh I wish I could work at Duncan's cafe!
Ooh, maybe I should make that a future script!

@@RossOriginals I see. Well I'm not complaining at all, Duncan the Dragon warms my heart.
Is the song Duncan sings at the end some sort of national anthem about Grathmyer?
