@m1nayondaime Arcane stream is +15% magic DAMAGE not level lol. Overloads boost +7 for mage (+3% magic damage per level boosted ~ +21% magic damage). and his chaotic staff has +20% magic damage (not 100% sure, but it's around that)
@ChaftsChannel It was because of free trade and the lack of bots that shark used to be 1k a each. That was also when people would fish because it would actually get them somewhere.
there was no delay it means that you either had a bad internet or a bad computer and also you need to look at it from the point of view from others like i personally like both 2004 and 2012 rs ( except EOC) they both had many key features that make them really good but they also have key features that make them bad. it is all in your point of view.
