I agree with Panyako but I differ with the payments 105 not 50,70 even 80 thousand with some allowances so that remains of the money to pay those not at work waiting for in to be posted but with a promise for employment 😮

Panyako is not sincere with his argument. How does a secretary say nurses should accept 50k down from 106k in the name of they will get jobs overseas. What is the law on renumeration under fair labour practice speak about such a decision .? Why is Panyako using the same language of the employer to call salary paid to interns as stipend. If Panyako is real a representative of nurses, then he should fight for them and make sure nurses do not lose their cash in the decoy of stipend..
The fact that Panyako veered off to politics,and he has been trying to establish himself as such,he disqualifies himself automatically in leading such an important union for professionals.he should have resigned when he got a political post in UDA.he came back to the union when grapes turned sour in politics
