Re: EULA's The issue seems to be that people pay to use a company's software to produce an art product (song/movie/etc) with the intent to own the art product outright and do with the art product as they please. The EULA seems to take the rights of the art producer by dictating/licensing what you can and cannot do with the art product you make. Some EULA's also give the software company a right to sell and distribute the work that the artist produces with no compensation to, or consideration from, the art producer. My question is: "Is there a software company (music/video/animation) that gives the producer of the art full rights and does not put the maker of the product into a position of someone who needs a license to use what they made?" And if not, "What software companies offer the most rights to the producer of the art?"
