Did they made these weaker in FO4? I took a nearly direct hit at Libertalia, not even in power armor. Explosions also seem to get blocked by just a little terrain or fence. But Minuteman artillery does not obey this. I didn't have my fat man but I threw artillery smoke at their main building, which was like a nest of hornets. It went completely dead after that, and they were behind a lot of cover on multiple levels.
@@rengiemakes7948 Yes, same here. I do have good armor with upgrades, with a dense layer to reduce explosion damage, but still. I think level scaling might be the reason though. I probably would've died earlier in the game. Even a super mutant with a nuke isn't that scary anymore. There are a lot of mods to fix difficulty so I will probably try them next run. Good luck.
