I used this method exactly February 2019 & amazingly i got fruits in Middle of May 2019 this year - Air layering is the best - i used this method on THAILAND'S 1 OF THE BEST MANGO PLANT i purchased from local nursery and its all season DWARF VARIANT - first i purchased the plant in November 2018, i waited till february 2019, then i used this process AND POTTED IN ANOTHER 20/25" big container....its like GOD COMES TO MY BALCONY. ..I req u pls show AIR LAYERING IN POMEGRANATE PLANT - if u pls , thanks a lot

yes bro, it's easy and simple. But for note: don't mix your soil with manure or fertilizer. make sure just use loose soil and moist.

Hi,my effort at airlayering my mango tree failed.I didn't clean all the cambium layer off also I used bought potting mix.Now I will follow your method and think it will be successful and thank you
i hope you will succeed this time, and remember make sure clean all cambium layer and don't mix your soil with manure or fertilizer and keep it moist.

actually I've never done it in the mangosteen tree, but this method very high to success. the key is " keep the soil moist " if needed you should watering the soil by spraying or by inject the water use injection tool

Saya punya tips nih mas bro.
1. Pastikan kambiumnya dah kering, kalau perlu biarin dulu satu hari.
2. Jangan pakai tanah+pupuk mas bro. Pakai saja tanah + sekam bakar campuran 1:1 dan pastikan dalam keadaan yang lembab.
3. Bungkus pakai plastik hitam bro lebih bagus. Di video ini saya sengaja pakai plastik transparan biar akarnya kelihatan ( ntar kalau akarnya gak kelihatan dikirain video bohongan )

Wanted to ask a silly question
1. This way, Does it grows big just like the normal tree (like upto 20-30+ feet in height, along with giving fruit in same pattern) ?
2. Can you share a photo to me of this tree, dated 1 ye back (It will be good to understand our mistake, if any)?
3. (Or Also a video of such grafted tree after 1 yr/2yr/5yr span will be great for us)
I think everyone of us will love to see this....
Do it from smaller branches.
I know this is two years old but it's not normal for grafted trees to grow to the same height. The fruit should be the same though and they'll produce faster than if you had started from seed. Also, for super sized trees, you'd have to start from seed and the fruit may not be exactly the same as the original.
Did you have to wash and remove the soil cocopeat mixture before planting?

What type of soil is being used?.Wheather rooting powder has been applied or not?Wheather watering is necessary during the period? Please answer.
loose soil + cocopeat. I don't use rooting powder. Watering is necessary to keep the soil moist because if soil dry = failed.
How come you don't use some kind of rooting compound powder or gel?
