How to resolve E5 error-TCL WASHING MACHINE

How to resolve the error E5 of the TCL Washing Machine yourself.
Carbon brush problem
1. Disconnect the power and water inlet
2. Remove the back cover
3. Place the machine down so that you see the motor through the bottom
4. Find the carbon brush attached to the motor and remove its screws.
5.Replace the carbon brush.
6. Reassemble the screws of both carbon brushes.
7. Test the washing machine.
you may also want to see if the clips to the motor is fixed tight enough as over time it may loosen.

​​@@antiquebanwako9351you can take the same carbon brush and ask the AC spare parts seller for the same as the can be small changes due to different models. They may also give you the plastic holder as well along with it.😊😊
