So thankful for this being made public. Susan is a sound biblical teacher. Am sharing this with friends and praying for one of her bible studies to be taught at our women's ministry. God's word is changing my heart and His Word is shaping my theology. Not the opposite.

This Q&A is a great example of recalling the Bible and readily connecting parallels and proposing real life applications.

“He who spares the rod, hates his son.” Is always encouraging to hear, because spanking is so hard for mama. But necessary!

If someone wanted me to make a choice for a vaccine or my conviction that I feel is led by God then I choose God every time🙏

    Question Time Stamps :)
00:20 I’m nearly 30 years old, and my mom isn’t approving of my relationship with a young man I’ve been dating. He is a Christian, as I am. She does everything out of her way to stop me from dating him, and she has strong convictions that he’s unsaved. Am I being disobedient to my mom by continuing dating this young man? She doesn’t give me valid reasons that he’s unsaved, I think she may be holding onto me too tightly, am I wrong?
2:48 Matthew 12 says you’ll give an account for every careless word, if a believer is saved by Grace alone, will they also have to give an account for their word?
4:29 What do you do with someone who like the blacksmith, means you and your family harm. How do you forgive these serious and detrimental harms?
7:05 What if I don’t want to reconcile? Avoidance is not forgiveness, but what if everything is fine as long as we avoid one another? Am I the one with no desire to reconcile?
8:21 What is the most gracious way to approach a sister, whom I love, who’s children are destructive and disobedient whenever they come to my house for a day? She seems unconcerned about the damages and messes they leave behind.
11:52 I need wisdom on reconciling quickly, but building trust, if it’s broken. Example in Marriage, husband left, but now open to possibly reconciling.
12:52 How do we settle squabbles between non believing families members, or a relationship where there’s unhealthy treatment? How do we approach asking for forgiveness, and loving them, even when they hurt us repeatedly? Is it wrong to have no contact with them, if we have expressed our love for them and still receive hurtful treatment?
15:30 How do you resolve a squabble with an unbeliever, who continually pushes your buttons, to spark confrontation?
16:52 How do you deal with someone who’s overly sensitive, and easily offended?
17:27 What motivated you to memorize the NT? How long did it take? How can we memorize books of the Bible? How are you able to remember what you have memorized, while working on other passages of scripture? What is your plan, how do you do it, etc.?
22:27 Outwardly we get along with everyone, cause no divisions, when another woman is controlling or contentious we respond calmly and with kindness and love, but then we notice inwardly we can be resentful and have a critical spirit of the other person. So how do we deal with this?
24:05 How do you explain what a Christian is, without getting in a dispute to get saved?
25:10 Is the doctrine of election a secondary issue?
25:44 How do we create a women’s ministry that’s focused on learning about God?
27:27 Philippians 4 - Who is Yolk Folk, you mention it near Clement? (Spelling?)
27:42 Is Forgiveness to be unconditional in all cases?
28:37 If my church has a female staff member, who is occasionally giving a sermon, am I sinning by going to this church?
29:34 What can I do as a believer, if my husband is saved but not a strong spiritual leader? I’ve been saved in church longer then him.
30:43 When speaking on the curses we have inherited, you mentioned not only pain in child bearing, but also in conception, would you mind clarifying?
32:10 How do you counsel women, who are in a domestic situation where they are abused, or in danger? My ex husband threatened me at gunpoint, was physically abusive, and arrested.
33:49 Is there a way to get a complete list of acronyms? I have trouble taking notes and being able to retain them.
34:10 What you talked about in Genesis, my translation didn’t say that. (The woman being alone with the serpent, and Adam away somewhere else.)
36:09 Can you give us an update on your sister?
37:48 There are many in our church who have recent lost family members, who were unconverted. Do you have any words of comfort in helping us think through this Biblically, trusting the Lord through that sorrow?
40:07 What does submission really look like, for a single woman living alone in her thirties?
41:08 Can you share some of your testimony?
46:32 Before the law was given, how did people know they sinned?
47:02 How do you know what church to go to?
48:26 How do we implement all this wisdom we are learning, when we go home?
49:28 What habits and practices, would you suggest to a newly wed wife, to learn, that will help her prepare for challenges down the road?
50:12 My unconverted parents, have told my husband and I, to not come visit them until we are fully vaccinated. My husband and I are not getting the covid vaccine. I feel hurt and sad for my children, who can’t see their grandparents. How do we respond in this situation, and still honor my parents?
52:12 How do you respect a husband when he’s high on pot, and drunk? I respect him when he isn’t, but I roll my eyes and I’m disgusted when he is. He’s not abusive.
54:04 My husband has spoken negatively about my appearance, on a few occasions. Other than plastic surgery, there’s not much I can do to improve my situation. How do I balance between very attractive to him, and not be too consumed with my outward appearance?
57:10 What is the difference between Christian fellowship, and socializing? Focus on women’s ministry.
58:00 My husband has a disabling illness, that is effecting his cognitive abilities, abilities to make sound judgments, physically declining. It’s progressive, no cure. How does a wife follow God’s plan for marriage, parenting, and life, in this case? Reality.
1:00:16 From time to time, I feel great guilt from past sins. When I pray I look to Christ, and when I read scripture I am comforted. I’ve confessed my sins to God, and I ask Him to rid me of this guilt. Is it necessary to confess to man, as it’s too shameful to bear?
1:01:54 Could you please clarify your comment, I believe you made last night, about women taking leadership positions in government? From a Biblical position, you believe woman should not hold those positions? What about churches, and corporations?
1:03:18 How do you truly forgive when it hurts so much?
1:03:33 How long did it take you to stop wanting to express every opinion you have? Yikes my husband must be so tired of listening to my opinion.
1:04:10 What difficult doctrine, or theology, or viewpoint, do you look forward to being clarified or more fully explained in Heaven? ♥️🙏🏽

We are not mandated to get the COVID-19 vaccine because we need to govern our bodies (vax or no vax). We can quarantine before visiting family. We can pray, and weigh to pros and cons of vax + family visit, and vice-versa.

Thanks so much Susan: great insights from the Word. Since you sounded open to comments about the question about Genisis 3:16,: could it be that the phrase "multiply your sorrow and your conception" could include the entire reproductive processes that women go through are affected by the curse, including but not a complete list: menstrual pain and discomfort, miscarriages, even infertility? I mean, not just the actual "conception"? Just a thought, seems like I was taught that by a trusted Bible teacher, if memory serves. This being said, I'm sure that you would know much better than I, just thought I'd chime in since you were open to our thoughts. Thanks again and God bless.

Would have loved to come and see you but I am all the way in South Africa hahahaha so I will have to ask you here.
    My question.
Satan is referred to as the roaring lion, looking who he may devour.
How can one make a comparison in Revelation that Jesus as a lion, has it got to do with the wrath upon those who will come to pass?
The lion and the lamb in one sentence.
As a reborn Christian on a road to recovery and discovery I don't always know what to make of things.

An unrepentant heart is an unrepentant heart, and we will know people by their fruit (behavior), and we can spread God's word, profess, and God will abandon some people, and the road to heaven is narrow; however, we are not all-knowing so presuming someone's eternal fate is a difficult proposition for me. Please reply with scripture.

I don't understand the hating your kids because you don't spank them. That is so wild to me. If I don't spank my kids, then I hate them?
