If you feel unsafe in a room full of people and your friends are with you who you could say to "let's leave " why would you "follow" this man to a more private area. What sucks about cases like these is that it's all conjecture since at the end of the day only Dani Alves and the alleged victim knows EXACTLY what happened in that bathroom. The alleged victim didn't have to follow a strange man anywhere, particularly after he forced her hand onto his genitals. At the same time she could've thought they were going to another part of the club that wasn't so private. Either way it's possible that they had consensual sex or that he in fact assaulted her.

In these type of cases it impossible to know what actually happened. The only evidence they have is what the woman said happened which usually is enough to convict the accused even though she could be lying and considering who the accused is she has a lot to gain from lying about this.
