"to take God's name in vain" means simply to take it for an "empty" ("not good") purpose.
Never really thought calling on My God because I was convicted and awakened by the sermon I watched above was in vain, but if it offended you, then I'm truly sorry.

I feel like too many just want numbers and forgot the real reason God called them. It goes deeper than that. So many being missed because so many have gotten too good to preach hell.

2 weeks ago i jotted down a note that simply said "the most powerful thing in hell is your memory!" Science says everything we have ever seen, heard, read or experienced is recorded in detail in our minds. Normally we don't have the power of recall. Hell is going to be the place that reconnects all of the neural pathways to give us TOTAL RECALL!!! Preach Pastor Tuttle!!!

I tell people all the timeHell is real I know cause God let me go there. He also brought me to Heaven. If people don't get reborn again in the baptism of the Holy Ghost they won't be going to heaven. Only doing the will of my father is what Jesus said in Matthew.

These number's are impossible to grasp. and hard to imagine! My thinking says it's not the will of God any perish.. but why let life continue on earth 🌎 is he waiting on you and me to catch his burden for souls.. 😢 help me Lord help us the Church..
It is God's wish that no one should perish but not His explicit Will, that is why there is human free will, only the conviction of the H.S. can change humans, traditional theology can't!
I sought God with all of my heart soul and mind from the time I was little boy well into my adult years and discovered that Yahweh is not God. I have never been more at peace and able to love people.

Are you good at paying attention?? I don’t think so. He’s not saying there’s anyone in hell, he’s saying that if there was someone who was and they got a chance to do it over they would warn people and they would ask for forgiveness and they would be desperate not to go back. This is hypothetical

Plenary verbal inspiration theory is still distorting the Biblical exegesis/eisegesis, without the real diakrisis of IHSH's Spirit one cannot deduct and induct the scriptures correctly.
People can type what they want, though ignoring the unbiblical issues such as the plenary verbal inspiration theory, adhering to sole oneness modalistic god descriptions, persisting in baptism as THE condition for salvation, insufficient thanatology and insufficient eschatology are all disadvantages for these Pentecostals in the long run.
The English word Hell (KJV) covers 6 different Greek words. Souls/spirits of unbelievers go undivided to sheol/hades/place of the dead after death, the spirit of the believer goes to God (non-positional) the soul of the believer goes to Paradise. Gehenna/lake of fire is still empty, sheol/hades is crowded.
Let me tell you as he said that illuztration about tbe sparrow anx the sun. Ok well my grandma evengelical lutberan old woman she always read the The Word to me as 8 was 4 years old she would explai. Things and i sould picture the dun engulfing the earth i. The end and i was just a child thinking like this
Paradise is not the bosom of Abraham in Sheol/Hades/place of the death. Gan Eden/Paradise is above but not in Ultimate Heaven
There should be far less confusion if people would check their Bible(s) themselves and if they would read the comments here more carefully.
Paradise is not Ultimate Heaven nor is it the New Ierushalaim.
It seems he forgot that and thinks Abraham’s bosom is still in use and will continue to be in use for eternity.
@@arc-michaelr9580 actually, the good side of sheol/hades called the bosom of Abraham was translated to Paradise/Gan Eden (before the resurrection). Paradise is above though not in the Ultimate Heaven, it will be placed inside the New Jerusalem and will come down on the New Earth.

sole oneness/modalism/duality/trinity/evolutional deity/eternal family and arianism are mere human god descriptions and as such imperfect and irrelevant in connection with biblical soteriology.

baptism is not the condition for salvation.
You must have forgot 1 Peter 3:21-22 or even when Jesus said in John 3 you must be born of water and of the spirit. It takes following the word we didn’t earn that by our works but by him laying down his life for us. Jesus gave Peter the keys to the kingdom. And he said repent= death, be baptized in Jesus name=burial, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost=resurrection. If baptism didn’t matter why then did John’s disciples have to be baptized before they received the Holy Ghost. Colossians 2:11-12. I’m just listing scriptures. There is plenty of evidence that speaks that baptism is very necessary for salvation. God bless
@@Acts238g Baptism is not THE condition for Salvation as asserted by the UPC, the faith in IHSH is! baptism is just an act of obedience, though baptism in itself cannot save anyone. Spiritual Rebirth can occur before baptism: Acts 10:47-48. God Bless You!

@@willemdewaard2273 Jesus said you must be born of water and spirit so it is a necessity. If you don’t take on the name you will be lost. Anyways I’m not being ugly but remission comes with baptism.
@@Acts238g you are preaching to the choir here, I was baptized in the Name of Ieshua over 46 years ago. What I mean is one must have the real faith in order to be baptized. BTW many denominations interpret the water as the natural process of renewal that is why many sprinkle babies which is not biblical. I agree with the UPC on the act of obedience of being baptized by total immersion in the Name/Ha Shem of Ieshua but not as the condition. Faith is THE condition for salvation.
So according to Matthew Tuttle - the greatest revival today is happening in Hell and they are interceding for us that someone would speak to us the truth? So, lost souls are praying to God for us? Let that sink in.
If you don’t think this is false teaching, I’m not sure that you’ve read the Bible.
There are no revivals in Gehenna/Lake of fire (still empty) nor in Sheol/Hades, besides the real revivals are not church led but are through the Holy Spirit, people cannot organize a revival event. The problem is that too much nonsense has been preached throughout the centuries and too many people swallow everything without even checking the scriptures. The wrong conclusion about the afterlife is due to insufficient biblical thanatology, I remember I e-mailed his father about this way back in 2008 though it seems they are very hesitant to accept apologian/apologetic info from outside of the UPC.
That’s not at all what was said.
The point of Revival is to add souls to the church. He’s stating that hell is having their own revival, or, adding of souls. Hell is enlarging itself daily. Yes, as the rich man in the Bible, I am sure there are people in Hell begging and pleading to God for their family just like the rich man, but he won’t hear them. That’s the point of the message.
@@Xqxzii101 Hell (gehenna) is still empty, Sheol/Hades do not have revivals (actually more downfalls that do not affect the living) The Luke 16 parable about the rich man's desire to have his family warned is a spiritual illustration but not a reality, people in Paradise and in Sheol/Hades are not interested at all in getting messages across or in communicating with the Living.
@@willemdewaard2273 not meaning to argue, but if you believe that Hell is empty, where do people go after they pass away? Do they get to rest in peace like Gods people and then go to hell? God isn’t going to reward wicked people with peace. They are in the Hell currently. If you’ve never experienced someone passing as they are going to hell you’ll never fully understand that people ARE currently in Hell. They start burning before they pass. YES, they actually scream and feel the flames. Many have experienced it. The point of “revival” in this video is the meaning that Hell is enlarging itself daily. That IS a revival. A demonic revival, but in itself, it is a revival. Nobody is currently in Heaven, they are resting. At peace if you will. But people, in my belief and based on what I have found in the Bible and heard about others passing, they do in fact go straight to hell. You immediately go to hell, but after judgement day you’ll go to the eternal hell. Although I understand that most want to argue over this subject, this is what the Bible tells me, and this is what I believe. I do not try to believe anything different than exactly as the Bible states. Luke 16 states that the rich man went to hell, but his family was still on earth. If that’s the case, it had to have been immediately. I don’t believe that God would have said that to confuse anyone of where they go once they die. He is not a God of confusion. The Devil is. The Bible says, based on what I have read, that people who die that are going to heaven are at peace and people who aren’t are in hell. It wouldn’t be just if the wicked got the same rest that the people of God did. That wouldn’t be fair. God is just and fair. I appreciate your comment and hope that we can agree to disagree! I love a good preaching on hell this one is a little weak. There is no conviction of sin. Jesus name baptism is necessary but most of the people in there sinning hard core. Got to work on the inside first. Slapping a dress and suit on won't cut the mustard.
