Thank you for your comment and you're most welcome.
Thank you for growling at your own work when trying to keep some white space between the petals! love that.
Lol you guys get all the 'live' action cause you never know with watercolour lol.
Clarice, thank you for your generosity of spirit in sharing your craft with me. Thoroughly enjoyed watching the tutorial and will attempt to incorporate your techniques in my paintings.
Thanks Di. This is so nice to read.
Beautiful my kind of painting. I’m so impatient and want to see the results loose and pretty. Thank you for sharing your gift
Right? Me too lol
I am glad to see that you use Canson sometimes, because we can’t always use the expensive paper. So, we need to learn how to get the best out of lower quality paper. Especially for learning and practice, who uses expensive paper all the time? You are showing that we can get beautiful results, no matter what paper we use.
Exactly! All my tutorials are with Canson paper. If you can get used to Canson, the expensive paper will be a breeze.
Beautiful flowers , thank you!
Thanks Anna!
Excellent explanation. Beautiful results.
Thanks so much :)
Thank you Clarice!! Been practicing this stroke (first flower) this evening. Finally got it!!!

Graziela Freitas thanks so much. 😍
I’ve just came across your videos and I’m in love with your style!!!! I can’t wait to try this in the next day or so. I’ve learnt a lot from you only watching a few videos that has explained where I go wrong. Such as overworking my subject. I would like to know more about the pressure and the lightness that the squirrel hair brushes
Thanks for such great feedback and positive comments. I will keep this in mind for future.
Thank you for your tutorials. I find your painting style beautiful. You should think about creating an online watercolor class for purchase. I would definitely be in!
Sorry for the late response. I am just seeing this. Thanks for the love. 💓
Hello from Stratford Ontario! Love your work. Would certainly pay for a tutorial. So pretty. Peace.
Nancy thanks for your kind words. It is definitely something I will consider :)

Dear Clarice, you are wonderfully honest and a great artist as well. Fancy you being frustrated with the art you are creating. Just beautiful. Hugs from Sherie
You are very gifted , i don't usually say that . But i think You get it so well without much thinking,in a loosy not controlling way. I loved the peony and the color palette . It is the canson blue tape aquarelle paper ?
Thank You !!!!
You got it so beautiful , very loose and with a secure stroke , i love that !!!
🌷❤️✨
That's so sweet, thank you Viviana. Yes, it's the Canson Watercolour paper. I find the key to loose painting is to not clench the hand muscles, but lets it flow with the brush strokes...holding the brush gently.
In addition to having talent, you have beautiful hands.
Thank you Sherry 🥰
Thank you so much for taking the time to show us and teach us and explain how to paint these flowers. I love all of your videos and look forward to more. Can you tell me what color of water colors you use to paint this. I love the color of the leaves and no matter what color of green i mix I can’t get that color. THANKS FOR YOUR HELP.
Sorry for such a late response. I'm using the St Petersburg White Nights 🙂
So beautiful. I don't have your White Nights paints but wonder if you can tell me how you mixed the peach colour please? (maybe I can try from what I have)
NICE! This is the first of your videos that I have seen. I especially appreciate you sharing your thought process as you go. This is how I learn best-otherwise your strokes would seem random to me. Thank you!
Thanks Diane. So glad this is helpful.
I just found you u and love your channel. Thanks for the tutorial. Great work and also thanks for the freebie. It will help in practicing on my own.
Love your work. You make it look so easy. How do you get the mix of colors. Could you show that as you go?
Thank you. I will keep in mind for future videos
😍😍😍😍
Karisma Heaven 💓
What colors do you use and the make of paints? They are so beautiful.
Thanks Carol. I use St. Petersburg White Nights
I love your work it's really easy to follow. You mentioned you look for damp areas to paint the leaves so have you pre wet the paper or were you meaning the dampness of the petals on the flower.
Love your channel!
Thanks Jenny😃. I do mean the colour on the flower thats hasn't fully dried.
Thanks Rosanna :)
Clarice Gomes thanks Clarice I didn't think you'd pre wet the paper it didn't seem shiny but I thought I'd double check
The flowers are beautiful Siri stunning
The brush with the flat ferrule and rounded edges is called a filbert. They’re great for making organic flower petals.
I have yet to invest in one :) Do you have one?
Clarice Gomes , you do have one! You used it in this video. You called it "one of those rounded brushes." I was giving it a name for you 🙂
LMAO. I thought you were referring to one of those fanned out brushes. NVM 😂
This is a dumb question, but tech savvy I am not. I watch everything on an iPad. Is there anyway that I can digitize my work onto it? I believe you can scan using an iPad. I love your work, my the way. And I certainly give it a try. I can’t get loose enough which is key to your painting.
No worries at all. Try my beginner series to work your way into the loose style.

And I also have a video on digitizing your work. So def check that out too 🙂. Hope this helps.
😍😍😍😍😍🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗

hey sara, happy to help. Can you do a quick video and send so I can see your process?
Very nice, I like the background how did you achieve that look.
Genevieve Sosnowski thank you. What background are you referring to?
