- Ahmedabad is a great place for all the foodies and if you think that Gujaraties eat only veg and sweet food then I think you are wrong.
There are places in Ahmedabad which serves you amazing non-vegetarian delicacies and one of them is Bhatiyar Gali, this place has a lot for all non veg lovers.
I specially made this video for those who are living in Ahmedabad and who are traveling to Ahmedabad for any reason
Timings are from 11 a.m. to 3:00 in the morning.
An average spend for two people is 500 rupees and I recommend Akbari hotel.

Some of the best non veg food is available in Ahmedabad. The tandoori chicken at Collegian, near Law Garden mutton and chicken at Topaz (near Pinjrapole) a Chinese joint near the National Institute of Design are some fantastic places I still remember from 30 years ago. A non descript eatery near Lal Darwaza had a huge degh which had meat cooking in it for 24 hours.
Try shahi fry centre in gandhinagar you will forget all thibgs thats my gurantee
Try their chicken tikka masala, chicken chilli dry and mast malang tikka in starters.

Visited today. It is beyond unhygienic. There are open shops selling meat of different kinds plus there are tonnes of shops selling dried fish, so the entire stinks pretty bad. Definitely give it a miss, definitely not worth taking the risk, not being classist or elitist.

The foods are amazing but I'm sorry to say they're not healthy. I dont mean in a much health conscious kind of way but it's not the kind of food to be consumed daily. Once in a while occasionally is okay.
