I was thinking of getting a chromatic kalimba (with my first starter kalimba recently being a regular 17 key), but wasn't sure about it until I found all these inspiring videos. Thanks for the beautiful music & videos!

This sounds awsome. I'm learning out to play myself. My question for you is how do you take the chords from a guitar and apply them to the kalimba? Like if I wanted to try the intro to breath by breaking benjamin how would I go about doing that? Thanks for your time!!
Hello! Thanks for watching, glad you like it 😊
I can advice you to learn how are chords built and how to find notes on a kalimba. For example, you have a C major chord => you know it consists of C, E and G notes => you play these notes on a kalimba => you play a C major chord on a kalimba.
Also you can face tonality difficultes. At the begining (before starting your transcribing work) try to transpose your song in C major/A minor scale. Or in E minor (G major) scale, but you should retune all F notes to F# on your kalimba. Or in D minor (F major) scale, but you should retune all B notes to Bb.
