Hon Jean Damascene Bizimana remarks at the Garden of Memory inauguration | Kigali, 11 September 2022

On 11 September 2022, The Ministry of Unity and Civic Engagement in partnership with IBUKA and Imbuto Foundation officially inaugurated the Garden of Memory located at Nyanza Genocide Memorial in Kicukiro District.
The garden symbolises life, rebirth after a Genocide, and the protection offered by nature during the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi.
