I am 63 years old, been riding since age 6 or 7. Started out on my cousins minibikes. I ride everywhere but, if the weather is bad I set up camp and wait the bad weather out. A drizzle is fine but if it is any worse me and my bike are warm and dry in camp. Love your videos, hope you enjoy your ride and stay safe. Never be in a hurry, relax and enjoy. Oh yeah, one more thing. Welcome to my home. The Great Smokie Mountains.
I'm happy to see you do so much riding in Tennessee. We have no end of great motorcycling roads here. Smokey Mtns National Park is the most heavily visited park in the country so traffic is bad no matter what the weather is. Away from there are unlimited riding opportunities ,
When the rain started, I was saying, just be glad the fog hadn't hit--then the fog hit. As for bad weather, one must be wary of Chamber of Commerce-type glowing reports of fine weather. Every time I went to California, the weather was bad--they said I brought it with me. Uh-huh. Anyway, thank you for showing us touristy areas many of us will never seek out. It's good that you were able to try out new foods--and that you liked them. Usually, there's a reason local dishes stay local. But you and your iron tummy try out new things for us. Best wishes on your journey to Florida.
It may have been a bad day to ride, but you managed to find some great, friendly people, like you seem to always do. You, and the people you meet make up for any lack of photogenic scenery. I appreciate that you show the month the vlog was shot , so I can see what the weather is like and decide when a good time to take a ride to the area myself is. Thank you, Kinga! Stay safe!
Wow!! What a misty and wet ride in what looks like a really beautiful area. I suppose that is part of the fun of adventure riding. Accept the weather. I miss the maps that you used to show at the end of your episodes. Have fun. Regards from Cape Town
Good Morning Lovely Lady, Miss Kinga, Sometimes the greatest view in the mountains is a solitary Pine shrouded in fog or mist. I say that because my best time of day is morning watching steam rise from my oatmeal as the dew drips from the leaves of a forest. Another wonderful journey through America is greatly appreciated. I do hope your travels take you to the lesser known areas that are just as spectacular. Please remain Beautiful and Safe! An easy rain is a favorite for camping, even in my new tent the dripping on the tent puts me to a sound restful sleep. You are in my prayers Hoka Hey
8 to 11 million visitors a year. Hardly ever go and it's literally just down the road. A great place to dodge also to see. You hit the colors good. I've been crapped on so many times there I feel like a used diaper when I think about it. Crazy. Cades Cove Clingman's Dome, over to Cherokee and the casino. Then ride the Blue Ridge parkway to Asheville.
This video was great cause I could relate with your struggle. I too on many of my motorcycle trips have ridden many miles in the rain and unable to view a site or area due to weather. Keep on riding Kinga
I’ve had many rainy days on my bike trips too, Kinga. Just one of those days, I suppose! Good to know that there is always sunshine at the end of the rain and more roads and good experiences ahead. Thanks for showing us the good and bad of bike travel. I always admire your positive spirit and your energy!
Thumbs up x2, another great video. Thanks so much for all you do. Got some more snow last night, sitting here waiting for spring to ride again. Your motorcycle videos are so well done, cheers to you Kinga
We stayed in Wears Valley last October. We rode some of the same roads. This video brought back memories. We had much better weather. I am sorry that you missed out on some spectacular views!
I've been there several times and it's been interesting to see the area through different eyes. It was a Saturday, which explains the crowded conditions despite the rain! Sometimes, Newfoundland Gap is above the clouds. It would have been worth a whole day in better weather. Enjoying your channel.
You have ridden in many dangerous and exotic places but I loved this video as much as any. I found the scene of driving through town so familiar, as was driving in the rain through the park. And where else on earth are you going to meet Zen and Star Waffle!?
I always enjoy your videos what ever the weather. When you have no visibility of scenery, then I think of the feeling , almost mysterious and sometimes magical when going through mist when trees etc loom up and the road gets swallowed before you. It has its own charm, but sad for missing out on the scenery. You and Chillie always find the sunshine again on the road and in your spirit. I just cannot imagine a park packed with all the occupants of those vehicles, it's unreal, too many peoples ! 💛👍💛👍💛
I've ridden in the Smokey Mountains several times and it has always been the same as your experience. Many, many cars, tourist trap towns. Fast food. Rain and/or fog. If you get away from pavement, the people disappear (what, walk?) and you can enjoy the natural beauty. As a motorcyclist, I hate the Tail of the Dragon because of the traffic and cops. There are several other routes that are as good or better and don't have the traffic. You seem to enjoy the crowds much more than I do, so I hope you have a good time as you head farther south. You are probably riding into the most dangerous place you've ever visited. Take care! Oh wait. moonshine. It's raw alcohol produced privately by people who keep their (illegal) distilleries hidden and share their products discretely.
Hey Kinga, I absolutely loved this video. It shows the reality of your travels, not always sunshine and roses. As always, thanks for sharing your journey.🙂
Hi Kinga, I really enjoyed this video as you made your way through endless traffic and bad weather. However you finished the video with a couple Rays of sunshine with Star Waffle and Zen. What a delightful way to end a difficult day. Safe travels
Do not be disappointed, many many joyful days are ahead of you😚😚 Sending you some positive vibe 🎶🎶☀☀🎶🎶☀☀ Love your smile and personality 😀😘 Ride save 😀 And love you hair 😍😄
Pity about the weather and Newfound cap Kinga but hey, you can’t have it all 😉💪🏼👊🏼 Liked the episode however, luckily you arrived in Franklin dry. 💪🏼👌🏼👍🏼👊🏼🤩
Your view from the smoky mountains reminds me of my Nova Scotia tour last summer. Same thing! Fog, rain, and no views! I found it amusing that so many people were there at the lookouts and it's nothing but fog! I'm curious how you got your Sena to bluetooth to your Gopro as I wrote the company about it and they told me it cannot be done!
Is it possible, it looks like everyone got out in the rain? A good time to go pick up the snails...and eat them (when you are French). The fog prevents us from seeing what is behind, but it leaves room for hope that it is the best or prevents us from seeing the worst. The sun will always return, thank you Kinga.
Hey Kinga. Despite the rain and fog, always good videos and meeting interesting people. Blueberry muffin, peanut butter and turkey bacon… sounds good👍. Will give it a try. Cheers and stay safe wherever you are, Dan. ✌️🏍🇨🇦
That level of congestion is the normal thing for GSMNP 365 days a year. It is the most visited park in the nation and is within 8 hours driving time of 1/2 the U.S. population. For all that traffic it has only one north/south access road and you were on it. The sighting of a single bear can bring traffic to a standstill for hours!
Some days it seems better not to ride. Read a good book instead and ride the day after. Or be tough and ride through the bad weather - as you bravely did. And you meet the nicest people. Thumbs up, Günter/Nürnberg
It has been my pleasure to follow you since the first day of your journey. Would you please include the date of your locations, even when you edit the film days later? Look forward to seeing you and Chillie in the Pacific Northwest.

A LOT of cars, but I see no people! Where were those visitors, and what were they all doing there? I just see Kinga walking in the rain and nobody else!
I took my then fiancé, now wife on her first long motorcycle tour in the Smokies. We planned to ride a good portion of the Blueridge Parkway into Cherokee and then tour the National Park. We got caught in the fog in the Mt Mitchell area of the Parkway, which of course the highest peak on the Parkway. I thought my best option was to turn the flashers on and ride the center line slowly down the mountain. She was petrified! As we slowly emerged from the fog I joked with her that it would be a perfect evening if we could encounter a bear. Dead silence on the intercom. We got to our motel and I was apologizing to the motel clerk for being late and she said no problem as they had several people check out early because one of their buddies crashed his goldwing into a bear while riding on the Blueridge Parkway!

Nice video. This is what true riding is about. You can plan but, Mother Nature holds the cards.
That hikers hotel was perfect, lovely couple to lift your spirits after all that horrible rain and mist. The day was saved.
Gatlinburg and hwy 441: once on a motorcycle is enough. And the Smokies ... sometimes really "smokey". Still, a day on the bike is a great day.
It may have been a bad day to ride, but you managed to find some great, friendly people, like you seem to always do. You, and the people you meet make up for any lack of photogenic scenery. Kinga smiles you looking like a adventure through town that made it had restful night 😊 be safe on out in all the rain be strong and courageous 🙏🌈🌟🌟.
Nice place to stay. And you always manage to be with good people on your adventures. Thanks for taking us along with you.
Thanks for watching ☺️

Thanks❤❤❤❤❤❤

That’s why they call it the Smoke y mountains 🏔 always foggy. Awesome Hair ❤
Love the french horn music as Kinga hunts on her steed.

Amazing view and footage, please come to Indonesia👏🏻and enjoy ride here
Loved this video! Reminds me of my experiences in the Smokey Mnts. Lots of fog and no views!
You have ridden in many dangerous and exotic places but I loved this video as much as any. I found the scene of driving through town so familiar, as was driving in the rain through the park. And where else on earth are you going to meet Zen and Star Waffle!?
For sure! They made my day☺️
😊Luck in the life of travelers is when you meet kind and special people. Magic is sometimes traveling in the mist and discovering a new world!👍👍👍
Kinga, be kind to yourself. If you are down and struggling, take the break you need. Be well x
@onherbike1 scam alert. Scammer trying it on. Ignore this

The Smokey's Are Always Packed !
Hey Kinga. Nice finnich after a less god ride... Tanks for sherring.
Too bad about the weather. I hope you didn't have to ride very far. Looks like you got some decent rest at the hostel, at least. Thanks, Kinga!
نبارك الله عليك . يعجبني هدا النوع من المغامرة
Crappy weather and traffic. I wish you more luck in Florida
Thank you 😊
Sometimes it just rains ,but you still had a great experience.
No such thing as a bad day on a motorcycle , only bad equipment!!
Looks like (as crappy a day as it was) you did very well!😶🌫️
🙏🙏
Hey Kinga, I absolutely loved this video. It shows the reality of your travels, not always sunshine and roses. As always, thanks for sharing your journey.🙂
Thank you so much!
Impresionante camino de gran dificultad pero veo que nada te detiene
The weather really worked against you in this one, but you struggled through. Enjoyed the post and lovely welcoming couple at the end😎👍.... Harry
Hi Kinga, I really enjoyed this video as you made your way through endless traffic and bad weather. However you finished the video with a couple Rays of sunshine with Star Waffle and Zen. What a delightful way to end a difficult day. Safe travels
Glad you enjoyed it!
Fog is the reason it’s called Smokie Mountains. Been there done that. I rode from Cherokee to Gatlinburg one time in almost zero visibility. 😊
The first time I went to Newfound Gap on a motorcycle it looked the same, but when we rode down into Cherokee it was sunny.
hi hopefully that you can also visit the Philippines with your bike.
Yes, you got nasty rain and traffic at least it didn't look like high winds that makes it REALLY worse!!
Rain and fog but some days are sunny and great but that's just the smokies
A już myślałam, że jesteś w Polsce! 🤭 Lasy i pogoda podobne. 😁
Do not be disappointed, many many joyful days are ahead of you😚😚
Sending you some positive vibe 🎶🎶☀☀🎶🎶☀☀
Love your smile and personality 😀😘

Pity about the weather and Newfound cap Kinga but hey, you can’t have it all 😉💪🏼👊🏼
Liked the episode however, luckily you arrived in Franklin dry.
💪🏼👌🏼👍🏼👊🏼🤩
I'm glad you got out that weather and had great company!! The breakfast looked yummy. Zen "and may your butt stay cushioned" 😀😀 Stay safe Kinga 👋😍
Hey Kinga moonshine is just as explosive as rakija here in Ostralia, jajajaj
악천후 날씨에도 미국 여행하는 모습이 멋있습니다 . 안전하게 여행 하시기 바랍니다 , 건강 하세요 ~

Peanut butter & turkey bacon! Will have to try that! Sounds good to me! 👍
I liked you had better weather but the hostel looks very good and friendly people. Groetjes uit Nederland
Kinga, (trail name) now you know why they are called the Smoky Mountains. You just had an offherbike experience 😁
Is it possible, it looks like everyone got out in the rain? A good time to go pick up the snails...and eat them (when you are French). Yuck! Super busy and wet. I hope you get the chance to ride the Blue Ridge on a quiet blue sky filled day.
Egads, all those people. Was that the line to the National Park bathrooms? LOL
🇦🇺 Oz here...I've done 2 OS trips on bikes and each one was work it out as we go. Mates and I had the best of times. Keep it up Kinga ...🤙🦘🇦🇺

Always love your videos sister. It's fun to see you have adventures with your bike. Keep on making entertaining videos like this. Love from Bangladesh
Thank you 😊
Your bike is super stable. Come to visit Bangladesh. 🇧🇩
You learned why they are the "Smokey Mountains. It has nothing to do with fire. It is mist and rain all the time."
Makes sense!
Did you travel south on Rt19 toward Atlanta ? It is a very curvy road .
Tnx for persian captions🤘🏼🤩🥰👍🏼

If you are headed to bike week in Daytona. Stop by EuroCycles booth & and also say Hi to our Klim Rep Joe. He is the a good Florida contact to know.
Shitty weather but nice video. We enjoy watching your videos even if there is no view- the view of you and your bike is enough 🥰
Thanks Ana🤗 I'm glad you enjoyed this episode.
Take care 💞 love 💝 you God bless 😘
They must be California transplants. That's Moonshine and Circle Track country.
Some days it seems better not to ride. Read a good book instead and ride the day after. Or be tough and ride through the bad weather - as you bravely did. And you meet the nicest people. Thumbs up, Günter/Nürnberg
I congratulations you Kinga, because you know to pet a dog you don’t know by passing your hand under its muzzle 😉👍✌️
Peanut and bacon sandwiches! Elvis' favorite food. I saw his cook making them once and they were definitely NOT healthy.
hi, i really enjoyed your trip. greetings from Indonesia
Thank you 😊
It has been my pleasure to follow you since the first day of your journey. Would you please include the date of your locations, even when you edit the film days later? Look forward to seeing you and Chillie in the Pacific Northwest.

Peanut butter and bacon on english has been my favorite breakfast for over 40 years. Peanut butter everyday keeps the doctor away!
I like your background music
I don't know about Smoky Mountains Kinga, its more like the Misty Mountain Hop!
A LOT of cars, but I see no people! Where were those visitors, and what were they all doing there? I just see Kinga walking in the rain and nobody else!
There are a lot of (very) popular hikes and waterfalls in the park and that looks like overflow parking.

Scary 😬
I loved the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, but I will never go to Gatlinburg again.
That is the most visited National Park in the U.S. millions of visitors every year
Ok 👍👌 kinga
I hope the rain doesn't put you off the Smoky Mountains. In good weather I'm sure you will love it.
We waiting for you in algerian sahara...
Kinga, are you coming to Daytona bike show?
No, I'm on my way to California now. I'm heading to Alaska for the summer, so I'm on tight schedule.
