You will need about 30 minutes of uninterupted time to do this activity. You might want to have your favorite notebook or other reflection device nearby for the harvest at the end.

Thank you Nancy! I did this in my apartment and found NEW ways to relate to my space and the things in it, including my dog! I felt the orange, green, warm, supportive, safe, quite space to move in and interact with. I held my dog for a bit, feeling his weight, warmth, softness, sturdiness, trust, love, partnership.
