hi all iam from INDIA and i got a secondhand monitor from my friend and after using it for some time i got this issue i go to nehru place computer market and they all said its has issue of faulty display and refused to repair it so i after hours of researching i got this vedio and even noe i dont know why but its working and saved my money but it takes some time use it for atleast 5 hours for the result . . . thanks man for this vedio its really helped alot
Wow, it also helped my IPS glow. It's still there, but about 50% less than before. It's a significant reduction. I took photos before and after. But I must confess, I was also rubbing it with cloth in the spots. Maybe it's a combination of both. I tried rubbing it before, but it didn't help at all.

I never left the other monitor on a single image for long periods of time or anything so it doesn't have burn in or anything. Only reason I got another one was the higher refresh rate.
I bought a brand new Philips Monitor and it had one red pixel. The video worked thanks a lot mate you saved me a lot of headaches. Kudos for the video !!!

It got rid of some difficult dark spots (backlight problem) incurred during shipping of my Samsung 43". I tried all of the other anti-burn in vids here on youtube and none of them got rid of the bars and spots seen on low grey-white luminescence. The best anti-burner around here! Thanks again!

In games I don't see it at all unless its a dark scene but other wise on the desktop it drives me nuts.. First monitor ever that I've had this happened too and its the most expensive go figure... My aorus f127q is by far waaaaaaay better built quality wise and color and pic quality and way better hdr. This monitor was a huge mistake.. Luckily I got it on amazon. But hey for your monitor If you haven't yet try jscreenfix.com. Its free and no download required. I'm going to let mine run for hours and see if it gets it unstuck.

In my regard I did only leave it for 2 hours, I havnt actually left it on all night since I wont be able to sleep. If I were to leave it all night, I think it would get rid of it completely but I am not worried about it as I 90% dont notice the pixel when im watching youtube or playing any games what so ever

Which I'm pretty sure isn't how that works. Unless you have several and it fixed some of them. You never specified what "it" was.
so basically the pixel isnt dead its stuck. with these colour switching you are triggering the mechanism in the monitor with this procedure you are trying to revive the pixels. it can work if they are "stuck" but when they are completly cut of the electricity the pixels are done
This helped with my LG NANOCELL thank god. Paid $900 for a 65" and was pissed when I noticed the IPS glow but it's almost invisible now after about 10-15 mins of this video. Just hope it is a permanent fix otherwise i will have to deal with the headache of taking the legs off and repackaging it without breaking it.

It worked on my 5 years old IPS gaming monitor. I almost gave up when the glow issue is getting worse, now 90% of the glow issue has been fix

IPS glow is normal, it isn't possible to fix it. I think u mean backlight bleeding.

It helped with the glow issue, but a green tint is present on the monitor edges, any idea how to fix it, thanks in advance..
There was two circle of hot fixel on the bottom of TV. Leaving it on 1 hour and 40 minute which made it even worse than before.

Nope did not work. A dead pixel is a dead pixel, the solution is to buy new monitor and throw away those disposable monitors of yours.
