I think Derozan would be a terrible fit with Barnes. You need to surround Barnes with shooters in order to reach his potential. Derozan is the opposite of that.
Short term ur right
But he can teach Barnes footwork on jump shots it would be great long term

Derozan was drafted by the Raptors. And traded away for Kawaii... I don't see him coming back as a Raptors but I do see him as a good fit for this team ... Derozan is a good fit for any NBA team for that matter.

Personally I wouldn’t want Derozan. He can’t shoot threes and he slows the game down too much. That would go against Darkos coaching style.

@marceloflores3953 what really is darkos style to me this team has no identity with him behind the bench . Nothing bad against ... I like his motivation and the way he sticks up for his players . But when players are playing well like boucher and garret temple . He sits them . Makes me kinda mad ...

He only ever goes to the corner to try and stretch the floor for his teammates that can’t shoot as well as him. Go check the team and see who’s all bricking the most

Ball dominant non shooters don't work with Scottie. Demar would be a disaster. We are going young to build around him.

I feel like is his main problem is consistency, some nights he has 30 then the next night he has 2 points until the 3rd shooting terribly. I went to the raptors vs heat game and I don't think I have ever seen him play worse.
