I also have this harness, weight pockets and Voyager EXP wing. Here's a couple tips: 1) those weight pockets installed vertically as shown from 5:02 on are hanging on a rather sketchy sewn in single middle strap (shown at 5:14). If you are loaded up with weights for say cold water drysuit diving in salt water, these default 10lb/per pocket allow for only 20lb total, so you're going to need to find additional ways to carry more weight or go buy the larger DR 32 or 40lb pockets (pair total capacity). Back to the sketchy strap... the first set of these pockets I received, one of those middle straps simply pulled out due to them missing the stitching on one end. Oops. Since then, when I'm using these pockets for cold water diving and need the max load, it's better to install the pockets horizontally on the waist belt so the pockets utilizes two straps (redundancy) and does not flop around as much as when the pocket is vertical. DR has a video (sorry can't recall exactly which) that shows how to install the pockets in horizontal mode - requires putting the kidney triglide strap holder thing between the pocket straps. 2) the excess upper strap shown is there likely because the end at the lower chest was not pulled thru far enough and then tucked upward between the strap and padding. Again, DR has lots of vids showing how to install and adjust the straps on the same harness with the Transpac setup. Unless you ordered the harness in a far larger size than needed, the only excess strap likely needing cutting (if your waist is under 45") is the belt strap.

What size is this BCD in lbs ?
Do you mean the lift of the wing?
I believe this one is 35lb lift, but you could use just about any wing.
