- After visiting Airbnbs for years now (nearly 200) I figured its time I get my own. Earlier this year we bought a tiny house on wheels to remodel and put on Airbnb. Located on 6 Acres with a pond. We really strived for a cozy interior design and ease of use. Book Now!

Levi, I LOVE your home. You guys have chosen terrific finishes and the attention to detail is incredible. My Fiancé and I bought our first townhome together in 2021 in Northern VA, and where we are, the focus is always on mega-mansions and spaces that are unused. We purposely chose a home out of many that had a smaller footprint similar to this home, with rooms that we use everyday, unlike so many American homes that have spots that go unused for months. The emphasis on space usage and appreciation for details, both inside and out, is something I hope more people will be attuned to by watching your channel, also for the sake of sustainability and energy usage reductions. Congrats to you and yours, looking forward to more vids!
This is wild! That is literally the living room design I've been drawing in my tiny house sketchbook, down to the couch at the end, cozy armchair, lamps, neutral colored oriental rug, and even large arched mirror!!! Bananas!! The living room is where we spend the most time, so for me it makes sense to prioritize maximum room there for company, sleep-over guests on the couch, and just an abundant sense of space in at least one part of a tiny house. SO COOL to see it in real life!!!!! ❤🤩❤

YES to rotating the couch to the end! I'm always surprised that more people don't do that since it makes the space look bigger, gives more usable floor space, and lets the eye travel further when seated instead of staring at a wall or curtained window at night that's only a few feet away. They did a fantastic job!

This is one of the better tiny homes I've seen. I don't want to visit but would rather live there. The views are amazing. The work yall put into this is major credit to you. I really like the banner. Finally, someone mounted a tv on the wall at a realistic height! That's how I mounted mine several years ago. My biggest pet peave is a tv mounted high up so that you can't ever watch it comfortably and you end up seeing a chiropractor because of it. You did a great job on your tiny home Levi! Congrats on your own tiny house! It's beautiful! Amazing layout. Living room is remarkable. Just as you mentioned, many tiny homes just have benches for seating. To me that has to be uncomfortable, at most , comfy for a minute lol. It actually looks and feels like a real seating area, and most importantly, COMFY! The design of the tiny is right on. Nice job remodeling it. It really shows the difference between a THOW to live in FT and one designed for AirBnB. The old was definitely more for FT living while the new is for renting out.

This is so cool a fantastic cash cow (in the nicest way)! The kitchen and bathroom refurb is lovely and perfect for short-term stays.
I wonder, at 7:03/4, there's a bookcase at the end of the kitchen bench by the door. Could you add a fold-down extension there? That would be a great place to add a high chair or stools for little ones to eat next to the dining table.

I'm a subscriber, and I'm excited for you guys. Wow.. very nicely built. The living room area is great. The kitchen is awesome. As you well know, with your past experiences of travel in staying in so many beautiful airbnb tiny homes, so many have diversities and added features for convenience of comfort.
I'd say when u decide if it's something you'd like to add for a more convenient stay, which many ppl would like 🤔 wifi and washer. Wonderful to have a clothesline set up out back for days they're able to hang out the clothes. Suggest a barbecue grill top when ppl want to cook out to put on top of the firepit 🤗. There are so many additives as time goes along. I know things cost $, but it will increase the value of staying in such a beautiful place like this.

Very awesome work, looks really inviting. One safety concern you may already be addressing: perhaps some handrail at the top of the stairs to keep from falling off. I had a visual image of misplacing the left hand on the platform, slipping, and having nothing to grasp to get balance. I love the tall ceilings, it makes the small space feel much larger.

I like how you made it look and function like a conventional home. I am not a fan of the bench type seating, too park bench style. The setting is lovely as well. Nice job on the color and layout. Beautiful, hope all works well fo you.
