now thats the space marine force i'd like to collect, sadly i'm not gonna buy any new miniatures for a time, still got a ton of stuff waiting to be finished
If i buy the Dominatus kill team from GW's website, will i be able to build all the figures (aside from the dreadnought and captain of course) as they are shown here? Its just i really like these figures but cannot afford to spend £95 on them, especially if they are available separately for £50 (I don't collect Eldar)
I would love to play at a game of Warhammer one day. I personally have 3500 points of eldar would be a dream come true to play the guy who got me in to the hobby.
I plan on getting a box of these guys and making the black shield have a nod to my other army and have a world eater seeking redemption form his old ways
That Marine with the "Mohican " looks like something out of the Illiad. Very nice ! it would be pretty cool to have an army of marines with that helmet. Especially if they gave them cloaks. I bet those lot are pricey in points ( or at least, they should be ). They'd be a nice juicy target for an ordnance spanking I dare say, lol.
I'm probably going to get this box set and field them for Herald of Ruin instead of full games, but I'm curious what the rules for the squads are to signify the fact they use different chapter tactics.

Pleased you asked. I will cover these in greater detail in the full review of the box set next week but I'll give you a summary now. Squad Crull has and they shall know no fear, Hatred (sergeant only) and mission tactics. Squad Galatael has ATSKNF & MT but also Precision strikes (Galatael only) and Deep Strike. Formation wise the whole force uses a single formation that I will talk about in the review.
How did you get those heavy thunder hammer arms to fit on the vanguard vets? I'm having trouble getting mine to go on nicely. Maybe I just have issues.
They have 2 sets of specific arms that stop at the knuckles. I'll have a Deathwatch veterans box set video up this weekend anyway so I'll pay attention to those parts for you. Hope that helps.
Confused. So you didn't know about them until I linked them then? And now you've had a look at a couple of videos and formed an opinion. Having owned them I like em. They make a change to my regular brown sand bases and will go well with a cityscape board that I may buy in the future.
Didnt get from your reply that those are the GW bases. In that case I will look around for other suppliers of bases. Might be something more up my street
I watch your knife vids fairly often, didn't know you also did 40k. Neither are cheap hobbies lol. Spydercos and spess Mareens.
These are pretty cool. Lots of bits for a kitbashing project. Thanks for the upload.
nice vid buddy! loving these Wednesday video's

That Stormshield marine was awesome!

I'm definitely borrowing the term 'Ordnance Spanking'.

Please feel free to do so, lol.
You're almost at 10,000 Subscribers, when you hit 10k will you do a Q&A?
Yes. Where do people want to put their questions?
***** in the comment section.
On which video? I seem to answer most questions quickly. I'll put a video announcing a Q&A and gather the questions for the first one from that.
***** promote it on your facebook page
Great video. Really want to get not only 1 box but about 4
That's a lot of Dreads. Love the pic btw.
They do look sick!
there is bit sites for the stalker bolters.
Really nice models
Look forward to seeing them painted
How are the other deathwatch marines coming on from the overkill box set
They look great
Deathwatch Veterans will be a separate set. On GW's UA-cam channel - WarhammerTV - you see the box in a painting tutorial for a deathwatch mini.
Yeah this was only announced in the past couple of days. - other than in that vid of course.

Cheers. I've been painting and building other things.

1:26 Ooh Cheeky
Love your videos, but is there anything you about the hard/frequent audio jumps? They make listening a little jarring at times :P
I cut out the stuttering, repetition, ums, ahs and oks. Got a lot of bullying with them left in. I'll try and avoid the editing if I can for ya.
***** Oh okay, it's not a massive issue so if you think the cuts are the lesser evil then I'll trust your judgement :)
Cool. You'd be surprised how many times I repeat the same word. When I try and think not to do it it only makes it worse lol.
***** That's just Tzeentch trying to stop you from spreading the Imperial Truth, don't worry about it.

Will they release just the Deathwatch Marines separately like they did with Deathwatch Overkill?
Yes these Veterans will be up separately for pre-order this weekend, along with the Watch Master and Corvus Backstar.

Between the Eldar and the Deathwatch you get a ridiculous amount of bits from this kit 😀
are those bases coming with the minis or did you buy them someplace else?
I bought them separately. GW do new scenic bases: ua-cam.com/video/MRpjAkSkP9A/v-deo.html
Yeah, seen them. But overall they seem to be not all they are cracked up to be

Off topic but what is your real job ?
Is it true? Are the deathwatch marines bigger than previous space marine models?
Yes but only slightly. I'll be making a video soon which covers this phenomenon.
shotguns are good for short range attacks . they look great
They have that crazy flamer template wich I love
Where are the bases from?
ua-cam.com/video/MRpjAkSkP9A/v-deo.html
thanks for showing the minis but your cut is terrible :(
Thanks for watching. Cut?
+Sup3rSaiy3n The jump cuts are a bit distracting
I've taken the feedback on board and toned down the cuts considerably. Thanks.
