Really good man, here's something i found out that moght help you in the future : if you use your last technique point on aventurine technique - it is always the best outcome. I guess his luck really shines when he's on the edge.
i think its still random, just now i tried and sometime still get the lowest def buff haha can just reset until get the biggest DEF buff
