That’s their largest machine yet and its looks are up there with any of the so called premium brands. Their zero tail swings look nice as well but I think the rest of the lineup in the traditional configuration needs an update to make them look more like the 800.
@@DieselandIron They are fairly common in Ireland. Originally they were badged as Daewoo. I operated one for a year. It was reliable but very fast and jumpy. Took some getting used to. There’s a few excavator manufacturers that have originated in South Korea, Doosan, Hyundai and Samsung, Samsung sold their heavy equipment division to Volvo and Volvo now produce some of their excavators in Korea.
I drove excavators myself for over 30 years and am now retired, but if I see something like that then I want to go again :) A very nice excavator, it's fun to watch. Greetings from Germany
You know what I don't understand, it's like this doosan makes trucks and excavator and wheel loaders right, but why they can't make a loader backhoe I'll love to see doosan make a backhoe for 2021 just like how there's case, cat, Hyundai, jcb, Terex, Volvo, and deere

There’s a new bucket on order for it. The one on it must be the old one from the Doosan DX700 that the 800 replaced.

Nice video! Is there a reason why not side load the trucks? 110 degree turn seemes a bit ineffektive....
You can't see the layout of the pit. There could be a huge drop off behind the camera.The excavator could do a better job of only swinging 90 degrees.

The new excavator looks nice and the old bucket looks terrible and I have the impression that it is too small for this machine.
They are waiting on a new bucket that has been ordered. I think that is the old bucket of their Doosan DX700 that the 800 replaced.
