Hi Shilpi Ma'am thanks for all your wonderful recipee..it made my life so eays...I tried making coconut ladoo but my ladoo is very very very soft ...i kept in the freeze still it is super soft..Can you please tell me why is it so and if there is any tips which can made my ladoo hard not that hard but atleast of a type that if i offer someone it dsnt break in the plate itself

Instead of using packet dessicated coconut it's best to use fresh grated coconut ladoo's will taste good..
