I cut the carbs, increased fitness activities and performance, walk after every meal, add more spices and herbs to my diet, go to bed earlier . Worked pretty good with excellent results from stubborn constant 118 fasting blood test down to between 75 - 87, steadily and consistently the past 3weeks.

Thank GOD for you. Your glucose support has dropped my numbers to where they do not go over 100 after eating. Been T2 for 14 years. My morning numbers were always high. 150 or higher. After 1 week of this supplement this morning my fasting glucose was 103. This is amazing. I also started taking neuropathy support for my feet. Been taking it for a week and starting to get results. This morning I ordered your super berberine for my cholesterol and triglycerides. I also ordered 3 more bottles of glucose sugar support 180 capsules. I really can't believe the results I am getting. Cholesterol and triglycerides are high due to keto and carnivor diet. Lost 60 pounds. Been adjusting my diet after watching your videos. Hope the super berberine works as good as the other supplements.
    God bless
    Tom

I am nearly 80 years old and have been a type 1 diabetic snce I was 26. I use a CGM and eat 6 smaller meals each day. I am taking half of my daily dose of long acting insulin at 12 hour intervals. I take calculated doses of fast acting insulin prior to each meal based on the carbohydrates of the meal and a metabolic factor determined empirically. I keep my CGM receiver within reach 24/7/365. If the low alarm sounds, I also have small snacks available 24/7/365 to mitigate low blood sugar episodes.
All of that is working well for me as I've been disabled for approximately four years. No exercise from the waist down, with a target of only 500 steps per day using a hemi walker. So far no falls. I appreciate your information, even though it's targeted to type 2 diabetics which actually a more dificult to control than type 1. BTW my A1c is currently 6.4 wit a target no more than 7.
The real crime is that such a large percentage of all diabetics don't think that their condition is a critical health issue. Hey - anyone reading this who is diabetic of any level, YES YOU HAVE A CRITICAL HEALTH ISSUE THAT REQUIRES CONSTANT MAINTENANCE IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A LONG AND ACTIVE LIFE! 😎

Thanks for your useful video. I was prediabetic a year ago with an A1C 5.7 . I chose low carb diet and 30 minutes walking every day and got my A1C back to 5.3.
I normally have dinner between 5-6 P.M which rises my blood sugar upto 140. After two hours my blood glucose drops to 105-108 and I go out for 30 minute walk. After walking my blood glucose drops to 77-80. I wake up at 5:30 and find my glucose between 95-100. Why does it rise night time? Is it normal ? I sometimes wake up with 92 blood glucose too but don’t know what is good and what not. I hope you make it easier .

Thank you for sharing your experience! It sounds like you’ve been working hard to manage your blood sugar, and it’s great to hear that your recent changes, like cutting out sugar and eating balanced meals, are making a difference. Low blood sugar episodes can be scary, so it’s good that you’re staying aware and taking action.

You are too good. Your education on diabetes is wonderful. I saw my mum in all the teachings you did. She always sweat massively in the middle of the night and woke up in the morning looking so tired. She doesn’t eat much carbs but I’m certain is her medications. I will try and check her sugar middle of the night and see the outcome. Thank you doctor. I always learn more from you than my mums doctor. 🤦🏿‍♀️

I am diagnosed diabetes so been doing intermittent fasting and just notice that my fasting blood sugar levels are equal or sometimes slightly higher than the after meal level. E.g 2-3 hours after meal could be 5.8-6.0 and fasting measurement next morning could be 6.1. so what really is the problem?

Thank you so much for your kind helpful videos. Do you have any suggestions or videos about what is a good bedtime snack? We eat supper at 5:00 but I am always hungry before I go to bed. I usually have a handful of almonds and a piece of dark chocolate. Is there something better that would be filling but not raise blood sugar? Thank you!

High blood sugar in the morning could also be a result of Insulin Resistance caused due to over medication. Has any study been done in this regard? How do you conclude that a patient is not being over drugged? As a patient these are my concerns. I can share my experiences if you need. All my experience is based on observations about my blood sugar levels and do not come from a medical personnel.
