At this stage will not be doing any videos on Lync server. Maybe when Windows Server 8 comes out it will be added to one of the MCITP courses and we will make a video on it.
We use Probeturion to monitor our Event Logs. We can monitor them using expressions. Expressions and filters and event log properties make us able to monitor any event without getting notifications or alarms when there is nothing to worry about.

I believe you are wrong. This is a very good video. If you need help beyond these instructions, take your equipment to a good pc shop.
More than half of the video talks about event forwarding. A more relevant title would be "Setting event forwarding in MS Windows event logs".
