The USA revolution is mostly about converting your units to Guard units. For example, your opponent definitely went heavy of Ruyters so they can be instantly converted to Guard Carbine Calvary.
Knox's Artillery Train is one of those cards you immediately ship. A Knox upgraded Culverin beats a Culverin Royale. The card also speeds up training time for all Artillery, including Heavy Canons.

House of Phanar can be very useful to you as Dutch, as the Athos Monasteries are essentially the Ethiopian Mountain Monasteries and will gather coin for you. Byzantine Legacy could also be good for you as it boosts the hp of your buildings (like your banks). Armatoi would also boost your skirms
That's not even mentioning the free Musketeers from the big button

I think youre meant to send the sharpshooters and carbine cav so you can build skirm goon at forts.
