Ingredients:
2 CUPS CORNSTARCH
2 CUPS WATER/MILK
4 CUPS COCONUT MILK
1 CAN CREAM CORN(425g)
1 CAN CONDENSED MILK(374g)
1 CAN EVAPORATED MILK(410g)
1 CUP WHOLE KERNELS(425g)
CHEESE
PROCEDURES:
Get 1 Big Bowl
Put 2 Cups Cornstarch add 2 Cups water or milk
Dissolve well the mixture and set aside
Get cooking pot
Pour 4 cups of coconut milk
1 Can cream corn
1 Can condensed milk
1 Can evaporated milk
Mix well and taste it
Add sugar if needed
Let it boil using medium heat
Once boiling, simmer for 5 minutes to cook coco milk
Pour 1 cup whole corn kernels and stir
Add the cornstarch mixture, stir to make sure no residue at the bottom
Stir quickly and vigorously, continuously until smooth
Transfer to the molder immediately
Let it cool and add grated cheese
