Helicopter pilots get nose bleeds if they go higher than 500 feet AGL. Just joking. I got an introductory flight in a R22 once. Easy to fly at cruise, very touchy and difficult to try to hover and that was only controlling one flight control.

It’s a 44, which now that I think about it makes it the first piston engine chopper I’ve been in.
