- We've all been waiting for this moment: IT'S HALLOWEEN TIME in Astroneer!
And that means the EXO F.A.R.M. Event is back! But this year, it's bigger, better and more interesting than ever!
This year's EXO F.A.R.M. event expands on the Astroneer lore with some (kinda secret) secret chips. And it also brings 2 brand-new plants to Astroneer! Of course, the age-old Sturdysquash are back as well!

I'm pretty sure there's a bug with the special plants.
I started a completely new save.
Found a maze (resipound) quite early on took it and planted it next to base. Didn't touch it or anything.
Later I've found another in caves, marked it with tethers but didn't take it.
I spent a lot of time without leaving Sylvia, like I even powered up the planet's core before building the first shuttle.
Later both maze disappeared.
I went to Aatrox for the swift cauldron flower thingy (which crafts soup and oil. Sorry English isn't my main language) and went around whole Aatrox but couldn't find any. Than I went to get the Leek at least, but couldn't find those either.
The squash seeds will disappear is not planted after an amount of time. Plus with the thrusters bring a packager n just repack your thrusters to reset the amount of fuel it has in it cheaper in long run

I wish they would make up their mind how to make or get resipound. It’s annoying. Haha. But excited to get chipset D and read more of the story. I still have my factory from last year set up but prolly still look for the resiplant and the leak plant. Just to have them. And make some SOUP.
@@AidenCorvas The old resipound automations no longer work, so unless you had leftover resipound, you'll have to get it through the Amaize plant!
@@gamesforlife36 well I do actually but not using it. Using the new plant thing. It’s just every event there is a new way to get resipound pick one stick with it. LoL. It’s whatever. I do like the plant option by far and plant for leaks.
You can make an scrap farm with the leeks :D
people say that old save doesnt work, (theirs might not, no hate) while i noticed the exo request platform quest mid game and saw the new tethers lol and i couldnt find any video when i searched “exo farm event 2024” ( 5:06 you could get graphite (which idk how to find on atrox but you can print a soil centrifuge if atrox has the recources idk and get graphite) and get a packager to package it)
also i found tuberyl on accident LOL
I can't find the leek plants anywhere! Even took the vtol around the planet 😂
same. I gave up on them lol. Just go for attactus
They show up on the locator so that should make it easier to find.
So I took Usagi with me and they showed up immediately 😅 didn't show without her though for those still struggling to find these plants! Good luck!
@@Bunni337 I think it's something to do with the fact that I already explored the whole surface of the planet before the update so the plants can't spawn. I'll try to redownload the game and see if that fixes it.

Old save doesnt triger event... Need new game
Reload your save, that worked for me
@@carterbuch9615 tried 2 different save files and nothing yesterday. After starting new game, the event was trigered on old save files.

Tyberyl is rare, try to search longer
You might have searched everywhere all ready so it can’t spawn
@@OzzBozz1oooo Dang. Is there a fix for it? I’m also having trouble finding the xl container probably bc of this. I flew around with the vtol everywhere on all planets a long time ago on my save.
@@johnvincent7905 There is a problem with some saves. On older saves, it doesn't always spawn...
So you might want to start a new save or wait until they (maybe) fix it.
