Dear Mentor, One Mistake occured here with question no 31's option....
Right to Property Inserted in Article 31 as a Fundamental Right but through 44th Amendment Act 1978 it was inserted in Part XII , under article 300 A .... And currently it is a legal Right.....
And Article 19 - 22 and it's subarticles basically deals with "Right to Freedom "...
&
Article 19 (f) clearify the Right to practice any Profession or to carry on any occupation, trade or Business.
So how can u relete it with article 19 ?🤔🤔
