In my opinion, the mark of a good musician is being able to make people feel something, through showing that you yourself feel what you’re playing. 100% this is what I got here from listening man. The care, time, and energy you threw into this all shine. One of the best covers I’ve heard.
I know the Game Awards Orchestra covered this song, and don't get me wrong, that was beautifully done. But they did not do this song nearly as much justice as you have. This is by far the best cover I've heard of a video game song, ever. Well done!
Your Xenoblade covers are always top tier, you can really feel how invested you are in the songs that you choose to cover, the emotion really comes through when you put these together!

probably just a personal preference but i prefered the drier/lower velocity snare in the original! but this one gives it pop punk vibes when the groove kicks in :') but superb cover, nobody would really care about snare sounds other than us nerds anyway 😂

I can't help but feel like 2:54 was a missed opportunity to bring in your ocarina to hit the same feel as the flute solo in the original, rather than using the guitar. It still sounds good the way you chose to arrange it, but I think the woodwind style would hit harder. Great cover regardless. Always a big fan of your Xenoblade covers.
