+++ DragonBlood : I owned a rewind shop for 38-yrs and considered myself F A S T and skilled. I can't imagine stuffing a 5hp (4) pole 36 slot in less than a thirty minutes. However this machine can do it in less than 15 seconds. LOL. My first rewind was a Budgit hoist stator 1/2 hp 3600 rpm and 24 slots. Took me ( 2 ) days hahahaha. and I scratched the shit out of the wire. Before I retired, I could stuff the slots in 20 minutes. LOL... YES! YES! YES! Things are a changing. :-)
I totally agree with you but this machine cannot replace my knowledge of winding hundreds if not thousands of motors in my 20 years of rewinding motors.
Ahmet : That is a machine that SHAPES the extension on the coils to fit the end bell housings. It is VERY necessary that the winding's don't touch any metal. The machine does it in seconds, but when we rewind a stator it takes several minutes on small jobs and up to 30 minutes to complete both ends on larger stators.
As a Motor rewinder who does everything the old fashioned way by hand that makes me wanna cry!
